...do you have to be to assault a superstar while he/she is in the crowd?
To me the person DESERVES to be charged...ppl need to know, you NEVER put your hands on anyone who you dont ask their permission first, especially when the person is trying to focus on doing a job and not worrying what their "fans" think...:nono: IDIOTS!

I think the person should be given a WWE contract and then jobbed.

So does anyone know any other details? I'd like to hear something along of the lines of "Helms kicked his ass" or something...

That would be a recycled storyline tho...remember the whole Zach Gowan/Vince/Mr. America (A.K.A. Hogan) thing 2 or 3 yrs. ago on SD!...they had a couple of Arm wrestling segments between Gowan & Vince?

P.S. EDIT: If you don't know what I'm talking about, he was the young kid who was supposedly disabled and was the fan who came running through the crowd and into the ring to help a superstar he liked after he took a beatdown (said superstar may be Hogan himself, dont have VHS of it tho)

According to various reports, a fan jumped out of a ringside seat during a SmackDown house show and attempted to assault Gregory Helms. The event took place October 1st at the Convention Center at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR. Helms, Jamie Noble, Tony Chimel (ring announcer), and event security all took effort into restraining the belligerent fan. He was ejected from the event and will face possible criminal charges.
