This was inspired by Mitch's local band thread.

There's a pretty sweet band that I've seen in downtown Toronto a couple times and I actually got to play with them once. I think these guys are awesome and they'll definitely make it somewhere because I'm pretty sure everyone who has saw them live have liked them.

Anyways, their name is Futures Past and they're a rock band.

Skeptics

All of them are hardcore/punk bands except for Skeptics which is pop punk. Pretty sweet bands though.

If anyone's interested, here's the second album from a group called the Hollowbodies. They're hard to peg. They're sort of a southern alt/rock punk country act. It's solid, except I don't really like Plascticine Mesmerism. They fucking ruled though.

They're more screamo/rock/less pop than those bands

Give them a better chance than 5 seconds
