Allo loves.
Two bands I have recently gotten into are The Notwist and Now It's Overhead. They made me smile and dance enough to warrant my mentioning them on this site and thus, I think you should give them a listen. The Notwist are this lovely German Indietronic outfit - if The Postal Service and Last Days of April had a bastard lovechild, it would be The Notwist. Those that know me know that I dig Saddle Creek artists, and Now It's Overhead are no exception. This band's soundscape tends to run the gamut a bit - one song all subdued and hauntingly drawn out, the next is upbeat and infectious. So, some songs I suggest are:
The Notwist
Consequence
Chemicals
One With The Freaks
This Room
Trashing Days
Pick Up The Phone
Now It's Overhead
Hold Your Spin
With A Subtle Look
Skeleton on Display
Blackout Curtain
Goodbye Highway
Get amongst it, landlubbers.
