There's a few ways.

1. Click on the "setup" button below the buddy list > click "buddy list setup" > click on the person you want to delete and click the "delete" button.

2. Click on "my AIM" > Click on setup buddy list > click on the person you want to delete and click the "delete" button.

3. alt+s > click on the person you want to delete and click the "delete" button.
