They only lasted a few months, but the Two-Man Power Trip were amazing. Two of the best workers in the industry at the time as one dominating team.

Viscious and Delicious was Scott Norton and Buff Bagwell. They teamed for a few shows before Buff had his neck injury.
This happened right after these 2 joined the NWO. Bagwell had just become what we know as Buff but was a decent heel compared to what he became in late WCW. Norton was still the bad ass he always was. The guy was just so fucking thick...And mean looking, so he was Viscious. Buff was the cocky heel with good looks....delicious.
At the time, they were some of the first NWO members, and they were the second tier. It was before there was 8 NWOs and 200 members.
The main guys were Hogan and the outsiders, but Buff and Norton were the next in line. They really were the only NWO guys besides Outsiders/Hogan to have any gimmick or push. It was their first push in the group. After Buff got hurt and Norton went to Japan, they just kind of Made the NWO members random lackeys.
It was before the injuries, and buff was still pretty good in the ring. Norton as always was solid. They had a great gimmick and look, and one of the best finishers ever. It was the new age Heart attack. Norton would pick a guy up a la Jim Neidhart, and Buff would nail the blockbuster. Very cool looking.
They may have had a decent run if not for injuries and Japan. They had a few squash matches, then started in with the Steiners before Buff got hurt if my memory serves correctly.
Perhaps it wasnt buffs neck, but he had some injurt, now that I think about it, I think his neck happened after he returned and helped Scott Steiner turn heel.
Either way, they were not so much a short lived team, as a team that ended before they got started.
I still have WCW/NWO Revenge with these guys as tag champs!

Bagwell and Norton were not next in line after Hogan and Outsiders. They came later on after Syxx, Dibiase, Vincent and Giant. They were part of the whole "Join or don't join" Bischoff thing where most guys jumped.

The obvious ones of course- Angle/Benoit, Rey/Edge, but one that sticks out to me that went unnoticed was the Hardcore Holly/ Billy Gunn team. Two solid inring preformers doing their specialty-tag team wrestling. And man did they get jobbed out ( to Haas and Rico the most, if anyone remembers).

Booker T and RVD comes into mind. I was surprised when they won the titles the first time they we're thrown together and their match at WM20 was pretty good (though it was a fatal 4 way.) Nice combo finisher too, from the scissors kick right into the 5 star.
Tazz and Raven, even though it wasn't nearly as good as it could have been given their histories, it was fun seeing them tag up for a little while.
