Saw this tonight. Stunning film. Good story and a stellar performance from Hugh Jackman, but what really made this movie was the atmosphere. I cannot say enough about the cinematograpy, set design, effects, and the score. My God, the score. Best original music I've heard in a film in a very long time.

So yeah, see it.

I dunno man it was alright as I said in the other thread. Felt very pretentious and kinda corny at points. Also didn't care about the characters at all.

Yeah I feel you on the pretentious part, but I still dug it. Dunno, I was pretty confused by the end, but as I was walking out after, and on the way home, and later that night, I found myself actually thinking about the plot and trying to work it out, which doesn't happen that often.

Plus all the stuff I said about the atmosphere.

Saw this yesterday. FINALLY. Been reading about it for like 3-4 years or something ridiculous. I'd definitely say it's one of those films you really need to see, even if you hate it, just so you can say that you have. If that makes sense.

Agreed on the score btw Blitz. Clint Mansell's the man.

A scifi love story played out over three different places in time. At the same time :-\

You really need to see it.

I've been playing the OST over the last day or so and I have to re-emphasise, SEE THIS FILM. Even if you hate it, you just don't get it, whatever, it's something you need to see for yourself.

"Death Is The Road To Awe" is a fucking amazing track.
