Brought my guitar back to school, but the sites I always used to use seem all complicated and hard to use now. Whats the place to go?

I usually use azchords.com. I generally only look for chords anyway, since I primarily play rhythm guitar, but there's a large number of tabs on the site.

I use Ultimate-Guitar, but don't really do "tabs" anymore. Get Guitar Pro. You can get some <s>illegal</s> perfectly legal copies of it from Limewire I think.

It's a program that lets you tab out things manually, and you can translate it to MIDI code so you can actually hear what it sounds like. There's a site that uses a lot of Guitar Pro files, http://www.mysongbook.com

mysongbook is all closed I believe. Something about copyright infringement.

But you can still download GP files from Ultimate Guitar.

I got onto mysongbook easy enough, so I doubt it's closed.
Though several sites have been shut down due to legal issues.

The site itself isn't closed, but if you try and download any tabs it won't work.
Bit pointless leaving the site open, but whatever... :-\
