I am currently loving "Sands Theme" off the Once Upon a Time in Mexico soundtrack by Tonto's Big Nuts (Johnny Depp and Friends).

Not from a movie, but a movie trailer.
In the Unfaithful trailer, there's an awesome song called "Nara" by ES Posthumus. It's also in the trailer for the new movie The Clearing. It rules.
