The WWE Legal department has been working overtime as of late. Today the AWA was issued a notice stating, "Regardless of Mr. Heyman's personal agendas and for him to personally shop his availablity, let it be reminded that Mr. Heyman is still under contractual agreement with the World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. regardless of his past relationships with the AWA." The AWA expects to respond, in kind, in the near future, to the WWE's allegations.

What does Heyman have to do with AWA though? This is very interesting...

AWA made claims of involvement with Paul.

Heyman said there's no truth.

So nothing, or a breach of contract. Depends on who you ask.

Heyman looks like a rodent though.

When exactly is Heyman free to work for another company?

Well, I was just reading about AWA Stars, they now have a group like NWA, with a bunch of territories under the AWA name. That's just great, I really hope Heyman actually does go there and help make more credible jobs for wrestlers.

I've heard that this was just blatant mis-advertising.

This isn't the first time AWA started a rumor that Paul Heyman was going to be working for them. The problem I have with it is, which AWA promotion was he going to work for? Was he going to take over all like 30 different promotions? It's just plain stupid and it's AWA's shitty little attempt to put their name out there. God I hate the AWA.

(I have some history with some of the AWA-RMCW stars, so fuck all of them!)

Just go look at their roster to see how much lieing the AWA does. Hulk Hogan and Bret Hart are listed.

Actually, the guy who I got injured by wrestled a few shows for RMCW back when they were a part of the NWA, but I don't think he has worked for RMCW since they went to the AWA. Anyway, no, it was an accident, and I hold no ill will towards him. I actually met up with him and he took me out for few beers last time I was in town.

I tend to think that most everyone on the current AWA-RMCW roster is a peice of shit. A few exceptions, but for the most part, a bunch of fucking assclowns. Plus Mike, the guy who owns RMCW, owes me a fucking boat load of money...but the fucking fake bastard won't ever pay me. Oh well...life goes on and I have moved on...

AWA basically attempts to get their name out there by listing everyone who ever appeared in any AWA show ever as a current star. Go ahead and look. Hulk Hogan, Mick Foley, Dallas Page, Bret Hart, basically every single wrestling star who isn't in WWE right now is working for AWA...a shame a lot of them havn't been in an AWA show for over a decade, but that's beside the point. No, AWA has had a long hard fall from grace. I was never a huge AWA fan back in the day, but it was a good organisation, and it closed basically when Larry Z went to WCW. As far as I am concerned, this new form of the AWA is more of a disgrace than the new ECW is.

Fuck the AWA.
