Look up the domain on WHOIS and find the host and report to them. If they have their own server then you can't do anything.

i thought there was something like an internet version of the FCC. You could report bad websites and stuff and they will be forced to take it down within X number of days or face charges. :?:

Websites that are of dubious legality tend to be hosted in countries that don't care. :p
