D'lo was one of the few guys who made title part of his gimmick, and actually seemed to care about holding it, so I'll go with him.

I chose X-pac because I think the greatest European match of all-time was at Mania 15 when he fought Shane. From a wrestling standpoint it was OK, but from a story standpoint, I thought it was terrific. Dlo and X-pac probably had the greatest Euro Title feud of all-time though.

Shouldn't Bulldog and Owen be on here?

Owen especially, he defended the title every week as champion and had a great feud with HHH over the belt.

Also, the reason I picked Al was because I marked out every time he came out with the different country gimmick, because that was funny as fu</>ck

D-Lo Brown, without a doubt.

The European title was the stepping stone to his success.
