Watched the AWA DVD doc the other day and it was really good. I really appreciate Verne Gange a lot more after seeing that. It really gives a nice history lesson. It was interesting hearing about all the guys that jumped ship to WWF in the 80's and the stories behind it. How Heenan was the only one that fufilled all his bookings before he jumped.

And Nick Bockwinkel. I got to say he's one of the few wrestlers coming out of the 80's in the big promotions that I really have seen zero of. But after watching the DVD, I would of loved this guy. Awesome heel and champion. He had it all.

But yea, it was cool seeing all the WWF guys in the AWA and hearing the story. Definately a pick up if you want to remove yourself from the crap they throw out today for an hour +

Was thinking of getting this pretty soon, along with the managers dvd. I'm almost done with the extras on Pillman's dvd, so I'll get them soon to get my wrestling fix.

I really want to see it, but don't want to buy it, because I probably won't watch any of the matches, and will only watch the documentary once. Watching it just once isn't worth the $20+ for me.
