Who was your favorite "midcarder"/non-main eventer of (while in) the nWo? You can not choose the following, anyone else from any incarnation (Original, Wolfpac, Hollywood, Japan, WWE, etc) is fair game.

List of who not to pick:

Hogan
Hall
Nash
The Giant/Big Show
Savage
Sting
Luger
Shawn Michaels
Scott Steiner
Any manager (Bischoff, Liz, etc)

Everyone else is fair.

I'll go with Syxx.

Calling Steiner a main eventer is a stretch, but I guess technically its right. At least hes held a world title, which Hall hasn't.

I guess, sadly, I'll say Buff Bagwell.

Yeah has hall ever main evented? Maybe once.

Yeah, I had debated whether those two should have been on the main event list. Chose Steiner for his title run and Hall because he was a founding member of the nWo.

Horace Hogan.

But, seriously, I'll go with Bagwell.

Never that I've known of has Hall main evented. Maybe Nitros or Raws, but I can't think of a ppv. I could be wrong.
And I overlooked the tag team main event at bash at the beach.

It always amazes me Hall never got the title. Hes prob the most famous superstar to not hold a world title, save Roddy Piper.

Will Xpac count as a main eventer once he wins the WSX championship and takes his rightful place as the first holder of "the future of this industry's world title"?
After all, hes a 6 time WWE and WCW champion and FOUNDING member of DX, why not make him your champion...

Norton was pretty cool, and Scott Hall, he is often overlooked but he could have done anything were it not for his alcohol problem.

Oh and Steiner was a main eventer, even if it was of a dying company. Him and Booker were among the probably three good things left with WCW at the end.

Steiner wasn't a main eventer during the run of the nWo, though. He always played second fiddle to Hogan, Nash, Hall and Macho Man, on the same level as Buff Bagwell.

So I'd have to go with Scott Steiner. If not him, then probably Stevie Ray. He was so awful it was incredible.

You know, with the exception of Shawn Michaels (which doesn't really count), I can't say I really ever honestly liked any member of the nwo. Except maybe Nash, and Hogan and Savage when I was like 5.

Buff Bagwell.

But does anybody remember the period where Big Show would be accompanied to the ring by Vincent and he would be smoking a cigarette? Then he'd tell Vincent to hold his cigarette and he'd go win his match and get the cigarette back before it burned out? That was so fucking funny to me for some reason.

Have to say Curt Henning. And because Ive always been a Hall mark he did main event Souled Out 99 against Goldberg in that "classic" ladder tazer match and he also wrestled Sting for the title at Uncensored 98, but im not sure if that was the main event.

Curt Hennig is my all-time favourite wrestler, but to be honest he was worthless in the nWo. Same goes for 'Ravishing' Rick Rude to be fair. And Ted DiBiase.

In fact, the nWo was a real showcase of genuinely great wrestlers who were past their prime and who WCW had no idea what to do with. It was like a talent graveyard. After the excitement/unpredictablility of the first six months or so, I never saw much appeal in the nWo. Overrated.
