Scotty 2 Hotty has been moved to RAW, and I must say, it's about time. I've always been a little intrigued to see how he'd fare on the "entertainment brand", and now he's there. Anyway, it has gotten my brain ticking, so I've decided to make a thread about trades that should happen.
Little Guido, Daivari and Shannon Moore to SmackDown!
They don't even need to change their travel schedules. These guys are all cruiserweights on the ECW brand, ironically not even competing regularly on said brand. Moore could work as a character on SmackDown!. Have him serve as Gregory Helms' bitch, or a heel Matt Hardy's servant. Paul London & Brian Kendrick could have some fun with Helms & Moore in a tag team match.
Daivari would be a heat machine in the Cruiserweight Division, with potential to move up over time. What growing room does he have in ECW? None, really. Likewise, Little Guido would make a nice little face for the division. He can wrestle, and he's over(ish). He won the Cruiserweight Title twice as "Nunzio", but under his ECW moniker, I see him gaining a lot more momentum.
Jillian Hall, Kristal Marshall and Trinity to RAW
Move the cruiserweights not on SmackDown! there, and move the women who can wrestle travelling with SmackDown!/ECW over to RAW. Mickie James, Victoria, Melina, Beth Phoenix, Jillian Hall, Kristal Marshall and Trinity...you almost have a division.
Val Venis to SmackDown!
Yes, I've finally succumed. I've always thought Val could do it on the RAW brand, but I think he really needs to change brands if he is to work a decent match on television, and maybe get his credibility back together.
Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas to SmackDown!
In some ways, it could be considered foolish to move these two men from RAW, but the prospect of seeing them in the same tag team division as Paul London & Brian Kendrick and William Regal & Dave Taylor is too much to pass up. There are some solid wrestlers for Benjamin and Haas to feud with when they break up, as well.
Chavo Guerrero to RAW
The guy is a cruiserweight, but he's above the division. He's not going to get a chance to shine on SmackDown!, though. It's too congested. Move him to RAW, and have him lie, cheat and steal the Intercontinental Championship from Jeff Hardy.
Idol Stevens and KC James to RAW
I don't know if the plan is to have these two guys serve as a team when it's time for the call-back, but even if they aren't going to be tagging, I still think RAW is the place for these two. Stevens is something special. He can talk, he can wrestle, I honestly believe he can be a star. His "Idol" gimmick screams RAW. KC James seems to have some personality as well. They'd be great additions to the IC Division.
I'm sure there are some other beneficial moves for the WWE to make. List some of yours, if you have any.
