After watching a CM Punk promo from RoH, I'd like to scope this out, and follow it. Can someone tell me how to follow RoH without just reading stuff on the internet? I have no probs just seeing it online so long as I can keep up to date with it.

So hey, hook me up with a way to watch RoH?

Oh, and same question for OVW, if possible.

Well, for ROH, you can check rohvideos.com

They have an updated "videowire" about once every week or two, with the latest clips and promos from recent events. They usually last about 10 minutes. Aside from that, you could just order dvd's. If you get bootleg copies, you could pay a lot less. Although you should just support them, and at least purchase some dvd's from rohwrestling.com

Thanks to your support, Ring Of Honor has been able to improve all aspects of the product in 2006. This includes the growth and development of www.ROHvideos.com (http://www.rohvideos.com/) where you can watch ROH for free. The focal point of ROHvideos.com is the ROH Video Wire.

The ROH Video Wire, which takes the old ROH Video Recap to the next level, has been a work in progress. We feel that each edition gets better than the last. If you've never seen ROH before this is a perfect introduction. If you buy all the DVDs it is perfect companion viewing. If you can't wait until the DVDs come out, the ROH Video Wire features action from the latest shows. The ROH Video Wire contains exclusive promos, complete matches, highlights and more.

The ongoing series of 10 minute ROH Video Wires is ROH's version of a TV show. There is no excuse not to watch ROH now because its free on your computer in several different video formats including streaming, flash and progressive. You can also download the ROH Video Wire to your Ipod or PSP at Google Video and watch it for free on Youtube. You can find links to all these formats at ROHvideos.com.

The latest ROH Video Wire can also be found at www.ROHwrestling.com (http://www.rohwrestling.com/) in the bottom right corner. Watch it now with your host Samoa Joe to see highlights of the ROH World Tag Title change on 11/25, Jimmy Rave vs. Nigel McGuinness including the joke that Rave didn't find funny and more including the women of ROH trying to beat each other up.

If you never seen ROH before here is a look at what you will find at www.ROHvideos.com (http://www.rohvideos.com/) on each edition of the ROH Video Wire:

9/22/06 Part 1: Colt Cabana hosts the debut Video Wire. Check out a complete Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli vs. Dunn & Marcos match, Lacey and more.

9/22/06 Part 2: See extensive highlights from ROH's most talked about show of the year. You'll see Bruno Sammartino, Samoa Joe & Homicide vs. Briscoes and more from "Glory By Honor V: Part 2" as ROH debuts at the Manhattan Center. Plus, Colt Cabana, Lacey, Jimmy Jacobs and more.

9/22/06 Part 3: More highlights from the Manhattan Center as you'll see clips from two match of the year candidates with Nigel McGuinness vs. Naomichi Marufuji and Bryan Danielson vs. KENTA. You'll also see history in the making as two future legends in Samoa Joe and Takeshi Morishima shake hands backstage as they meet for the first time ever. Plus, the ROH World Tag Team Titles change hands!!!

10/11/06: ROH Commissioner Jim Cornette hosts this edition as a sports entertainer who worked with Hulk Hogan, The McMahons, Big Show and Roddy Piper tries to get his foot in the door at ROH. You'll also see "Survival Of The Fittest 2006" highlights as Matt Sydal and Delirious steal the show, ROH World Champion Bryan Danielson and more.

10/20/06: Jay & Mark Briscoe "man up" as hosts and attack someone in Florida. Plus, the complete match of Delirious vs. the sports entertainer, the Bryan Danielson vs. Samoa Joe issue intensifies and more.

11/1/06: Steve Corino is your host as he prepares for battle against Homicide. You'll see Corino, Jim Cornette, Adam Pearce and The Briscoes attack Homicide in shocking fashion from Dayton plus highlights of Bryan Danielson vs. Samoa Joe in Chicago.

11/8/06: The Rottweilers and LAX combine to crash this edition as you'll see highlights of Jim Cornette's fall from power and the ending of the Homicide vs. Steve Corino feud. If you want to see why Bryan Danielson is better than TV check out this edition for a complete match against Sal Rinauro.

11/16/06: Roderick Strong hosts and talks about a new title coming to ROH. This edition is loaded with highlights from matches like KENTA & Davey Richards vs. Austin Aries & Roderick Strong, Shingo vs. Jimmy Rave, Christopher Daniels vs. Matt Cross and more with Chris Hero, Claudio Castagnoli and a revealing look at Allison Danger.

Cool. I think I'll give ROH a try too. I've already seen quite a few Chris Hero matches already and love him, so maybe I'll be the newest ROH mark around here.

What Destor said.

Also, buy some DVDs if you like what you see. Support ROH, dammit!

Obviously it's worth keeping up to date with, but if you want Hero in RoH specifically go back to Hell Freezes Over from last Jan and then go from there. He was probably the best thing about the CZW feud, even if there wasn't much in the way of matches.

I have a question, how often does ROH run? And how many shows (on average) do they release on DVD from a given month?

I think that they ran somewhere around 42 shows last year (?). It's about 3-4 shows a month, really. They release every show they do a month on DVD, and they've got the release time down to about six weeks after the show. They're usually about three hours a piece.

Huh, so for someone to keep up with ROH legitimately (IE, not downloading shows and only buying them from ROH) you'd be paying $800+.

That's a lot of dough.

I personally don't buy every show. I definitely buy the ones that I am in attendance for, and then the shows that sound like they were really awesome. I would like to buy every DVD, but like you said that's a lot of dough.

Ring of honor usually has a lot of sales going on.Off the top of my head they've had

buy 3 get 1 free
20% off
and $10 dvds for a lot of their older shows.

Good point. Occasionally they'll throw in a 25% off sale. Right now they have the Deep Freeze Sale, which is 20% off your order. It ends on 2/7, but they usually follow up with another sale shortly thereafter.
