Freeware for partition/managing?

Looking for something similar to partition magic without having to pay money.

GParted Live CD I believe will do the trick.

For future reference, Windows Vista has these features built in.

also using vista, you can make 2 layer cakes in the shape of hearts

I'm sure Vista is awesome, but I'm not particularly looking to update right now.
