Yeah we know it cannot usually but has it ever in a special stipulation?
Talking about World Titles mostly but if you remember anything about any other titles you can say it.
Probably, I don't remember. How about Jericho being champion after pinning Triple H. Does that count?

Didn't Abyss win the NWA World Heavyweight belt because Sting attacked him with a chair, causing a DQ?
TNA has a rule about that, I can't recall exactly what it is right now though.

Okay, fine. What about the match between Rocky and Benoit? Was Benoit awarded the title before Foley reversed it?

The Qubecers beat the Steiners for the WWF Tag Titles on RAW in 1993 in a Province Rules Match. The stipulation was the titles could change hands on a DQ. The Qubecers won the match and the titles when the Steiners got DQ'ed

Also at Halloween Havoc 95 The Giant beat Hogan to win the title when the stipulation was the title could change hands on a DQ, but the title was later held up.

Actually, if I remember correctly, that wasn't mentioned until after the match was over. Everyone thought Hogan was still the champ, until the situation was "clarified".

Yeah forgot about that. TNA rules state titles can change hands on DQs.

The Rock vs Chris Benoit had a title change on a DQ, but then Foley came out a reversed the decision.

Only because the storyline was that Jimmy Hart(Hogan's manager at the time) turned on Hogan causing the DQ when HE put the previously unannounced stip in the match, then the title was later held up until World War 3 when Randy Savage won the vacant belt albeit "controversially" when Hogan was "eliminated" under the BOTTOM rope.
