"Jack Conrad (Stone Cold Steve Austin) is awaiting the death penalty in a corrupt Central American prison. He is "purchased" by a wealthy television producer and taken to a desolate island where he must fight to the death against nine other condemned killers from all corners of the world, with freedom going to the sole survivor. The producer films the illegal event, airing the killings live and uncensored onto the Internet."

Way to rip-off Battle Royale, huh?

Anyone think it's going to be any good?

I he doesn't give someone a Stunner it will be a terrible movie. Also he needs to drink beer. And if he can, flip off the producer.

I will enjoy the movie if he gives someone a Stunner.

They should do this in real life with Tom Cruise, Mel Gibson Paris Hilton, several notable PETA reps, and a few dozen other annoying celbs.

If there is a Stunner in this movie at all, it gets at least 4 stars

You could argue it's a rip off from The running man also.

I'll watch it, as long as there's a Stunner in there

Seems like it could be entertaining. I'm sure it's no Oscar waiting to happen, but it could def be watchable.

I am now fully on board with this after seeing Vinnie Jones in the trailer.

Well the trailer alone was more enjoyable than "The Marine" so I'd watch it. Interesting to see how Austin acts. I've only seen him on Nash Bridges.

It's probably gonna be an okay movie.

Dunno what to think about Austin starrin in his own movie....

I can see it now;

Man: You, you are bad, you are going to fight for your fuckin life!
Austin: What!?
Man: Fight for your life, biatch!
Austin: What!?
Man: You-Fight-For-Your-Life!
Austin: What!?
Man: A fuck it (gets out gun)
Austin: What!?
Man: Eat bullets, baldy!
Austin: What!?
Man: B-U-L-L-E-T-S!!!!
Austin: What!?
Man: (fires shot)
Austin: What!?
Man: You are dead, bitch
Austin: What?! Oh, Right. (walks over to man and stuns him)

Yeah, Austin would no sell, being shot in a movie. :-\

The Condemmed looks better than The Marine or See No Evil. I actually might see this movie, unlike the others which even if it is on free TV I wouldn't watch it...

I thought The Marine looked pretty good judging by the trailer (even though I'm no fan of that genre of movie) but it was just overkill... WWE ramming the promotion for those movies down our throats on a weekly basis really killed any interest I had in seeing them.

And as recently as this week's SmackDown, they're STILL pushing See No Evil.

Austin was watchable in The Longest Yard, but apparently his dialogue is kept to a minimum in The Condemned. Interestingly, Austin was supposed to star in The Marine, until he had a falling out with WWE and Cena got the role.

Saw the trailer on Ghost Rider.

Gets a resounding meh from me.
