Ok, I'll admit it...this is already growing on me. I just really enjoy being able to click back and forth between two seperate wrestling shows again, even if it's only for 30 minutes. I realize it's nowhere near the MNW's, but variety on the same night is refreshing and I think the competition is already paying off. The ECW product has improved slightly (and I do mean SLIGHTLY) the last couple of weeks IMO.
I really enjoyed WSX last night. I realize it's a blatent spot monkey fest, but it's nice to see some moves/spots you'll never see on TV with WWE. Basically, 10:30 - 11pm feeds my A.D.D. monster and I think ECW/WSX is already a more enjoyable hour of wrestling than TNA's Russo spawned douchefest as of late.
Anyone else checking this out on Tuesday's? What do you think?

I'm afraid to turn on that MTV program to be honest.
I'm afraid to turn on MTV period. Feels like my brain is going to melt.

It's really not that bad. If you're looking for actual wrestling, then I suppose that it is. But if you're just looking for some wrestling escapism, it's a good time. The only thing that really pisses me off about it is the ring announcer. Such an annoying twat.

Yeah, I broke my 5 year streak of being MTV free. I fucking hate that channel with the fury of 1000 starved Rosie O'Donnel's.

ECW is getting better cause the ppv only got 90,000 buys, Vince realized he fucked up and is now putting effort into it

Wow, that's awful. Well, whatever works. Obviously I don't know the guy, but based on the reports on the "newz", Vince has supposedly made a concentrated effort to improve ECW as a result of the WSX competition. Don't know if they piped in crowd noise or what, but the crowd even seems to be getting more into it too. Lashley seems to be getting more over and I have to admit, the match yesterday with Bobcore wasn't all that bad. I like the New vs. Old angle, too bad it's a few months to late IMO. Heyman would be GOLD as the centerpiece of this.

They are thinking about bringing Heyman back to lead the Originals, solely as a on-air guy

That would be pretty badass. Wonder which side he'll be on since "techinically" he was for the New Breed when he left. Knowing WWE, he'll come back on the side of the Originals. Would make for intersting commentary with Taz starting to turn.

I completely agree. No, WSX is not the savior of wrestling. No, its not even really better than a "Meh" kinda rating. But, it's better than TNA as of late. It also started off better than WWECW but its starting to improve. Good or not, WSX is forcing positive change out of the WWE. And I would rather watch a spotfest than a snorefest anyday.

August 2007: Several weeks after coming to a mutual agreement with Dixie Carter over his release from contract to TNA Wrestling, Kurt Angle shocks the world and signs with WSX and cuts a shoot on how TNA held him down and how he came to wrestle in front of the best damn crowd in wrestling. WSX!

I watch ECW all the way through and watch replays of WSX on MTV2 on the late night tip. I'm always a week behind with WSX, but I don't give a shit enough to be bothered by that.
