HBK OR THE ROCK IN DREAM MATCH....

Rock.

It's a tough call. Michaels I'm sure real life characteristically would want a win much more than Rocky, but he's been so successful with movies, I am not sure he would ever even agree to wrestle another match, never mind if they wanted him to job. Plus there is the added point of Rocky being upset over Michaels' attitude back when he was a young guy.

I'm really not to sure, but I would love to see the match, even though it's basically impossible.

This match is indeed impossible but just wanna hear some thoughts

Michaels makes more sense.

The Rock i believe makes more sense...The Rock is bigger than HBK

I'm thinking in terms of current (Michaels) vs. Non-permanent (Rock) stars.

If they were both retired or Rock was still in the WWE full-time, I'd give it to Rock. But in the current situation, even if Michaels isn't going to get any rub from it, it makes no sense to put Rock over unless it's a series of matches and Michaels wins in the end.

Just a thought, but what if this type of scenerio happened:

Say they brought The Rock in for a "One Time Only" match against HBK at Mania. It's scripted so that HBK is supposed to win and The Rock "agrees" to the ending....only to go stiff and not cooperate come showtime. He has nothing to lose since he could care less about ever coming back to WWE and if he has an old vendetta against Michaels anyway, this would be pretty interesting way to settle it. I don't believe anything like this has ever happened on such a huge stage as Wrestlemania or with two big stars of this magnitude. Is it written in their contracts that pay is only guarenteed if they follow the script?

I would LOVE to see how this match/scenerio played out if it happened.

So you're suggesting that Rock basically screw over Michaels legit or in the storylines?

Rock. That way you might actually get a return match.

WWE would probably put over HBK, but I would definately prefer for them to put over The Rock

Michaels.

Always Michaels.

The Rock, during his career, has laid down professionally with no fuss time after time. He makes people look good. Michaels can't lose a big match without losing his smile. The Rock is a celebrity, but not a regular fixture. He's generally returned to job.

who use the argument that Rock isn't a main stay anymore, remember Hogan went over Michaels and hasn't been seen since. And this isn't what makes more sense on a business stand point, this is what would WWE do...

Therefore I officially guess WWE would book John Cena to win, don't ask how, they'll just throw him in there half way through the match...

No, I'm not saying he should do this. Just wondering if we'll ever see this type of scenerio happen I guess. I would like to have seen someone do this to Hogan though.

Yeah, no shit. At the very least they'd have an epic match with Rock/HBK where HBK kicks out of Rock Bottoms through tables and other types of Rock induced punishment, but comes out victorious. Then the very next match would be against Cena at the next PPV and HBK would be pinned by one FU after dominating the whole way.

Jaggov's.

I'd say Michaels should get the win, simply because he's on the roster full-time. Doesn't make a whole lot sense to job him to a guy who shows up once in a blue moon for a high profile match.

WE're talking about the WWE here. Michaels makes sense, so of course they'd put Rock over.

Yeah it is. It's one of VERY few matches that have never been done with 2 legit stars.

I'm going with The Rock, he already mentioned he wouldn't come back, so if he would have a match the WWE would probably let The Rock win, hoping he would stay or shit.

I can just see Rock doing cartwheels and shit selling Sweet Chin Music. The Rock and Shawn Michales are 2 of the best sellers of all time because they find that thin line between overselling and great selling and walk it almost perfectly.
