Bored so I made this topic:

Who's one wrestler you mark/marked for, but you're guilty about or know better than to defend them? Someone who you almost are ashamed to call a favorite, but is.

Example. For me I'll say Xpac. And on a lesser level of guilt, Road Dogg. Currently I'd say Lashley is someone I actually enjoy but know I shouldn't.

Though not in my case, John Cena and Khali would be answers to this.

Come clean.

Jim Ross when he does the play by play. He may screw up more than he should, but when he's on a roll he can convince me that Jesus Christ has risen in the ring.

Anyone I'm a mark for is awesome, so I cannot answer.

I go through phases. I love Jarrett as a worker, I just hate his fucking king shit of fuck mountain. Him on top of the glass ceiling gets real old real fast.

In 1996 (I was younger and a mark anyway, so there's a viable excuse :shifty: ), I thought The Stalker (Barry Whindam) was a good and creepy gimmick. Shows you what I knew at the time.

I like who I like and I don't care what other people think and with that said, even though I wasn't a fan of his when he was on Smackdown!, for some reason I like Lashley now or as I like to call him...

Captain Lashley!

Boogeyman. Every time he pops out of a trash can or something, I mark out. :D

Marking out for Boogen is not a guilty pleasure, damnit! I am proud I'm a Boogen mark. That was the only reason I watched No Way Out this year.

Though watching wrestling is fairly guilty pleasure in and of itself.

Cena and Lashley. I really don't see a problem with either of them that can't be remedied.

I like JR at times, and think people on this board are a bit over the top with criticism of him but it's always good to have a laugh at his fuck ups. I also like x-pac, but only in the DX gimmick, didn't know liking Road Dogg was a guilty pleasure as i would say him to, not so much for his wrestling ability, but his mic work and his entrances always keep me entertained enough, not so much in TNA though, he's shit now I guess.

I guess I would have to say John Cena. Not because of his wrestling abilities (or lack there of) but because of his promos....What can I say, they amuse me!

Gene Snitsky.

He's shit in the ring and his backne is sort of terrifying, but I loved that goatee. He was a big, goofy, funny-looking guy and he made me laugh.

Naturally, they shave him, somehow turn him a weird splotchy red (seriously, what the fuck?), and make him roar a lot.

Sigh.

I love Jarrett but I refuse to list it as a guilty pleasure because he is simply one of the best workers of the last 15 years.

I honestly think that The Great Khali is the best thing to happen to WWE since Austin. He's pretty great in the ring and has a very unique style. I hope he main events next year. lol, j/k

I love Khali. I can only hope that he gets brought into ROH when he is done with his WWE contract. He'll deal with all of those flippy mcflippersons.

I'm not ashmaed to like anyone that I enjoy...but if I had to pick...Khali. Something about him I dig. I've always liked a good monster though... and his promos are just fantastic. Always rofl.

What? If you're talking like one out of like 500 maybe.
