Well he's in the MITB now, so if he is, the writers are doing a bad job of keeping him down

he beat mike knox with his anaconda vice and then last week beat nitro to qualify for MITB.

I don't think that answers his question. As a sidenote, it's more of the fact that wrestlers have a problem with him personally than being in the doghouse via management.

Well, according to Matt Boone: "CM Punk is in line for something of a major push as long as he doesn't screw things up again. Also, there's the possibility of him being switched over to RAW to feud with Johnny Nitro."

Of course anything Matt Boone says is to be taken with a grain of salt.

I'd rather see him on SmackDown!, but Punk anywhere but ECW is a good thing. :y:

I think there may still be heat on him, but like most in the wrestling industry, it's not going to stop him from winning the occasional match, and getting merchandise put out and a chance to make the company some money. If Punk does that, I'm fairly sure he'll be able to beat the heat.

I wouldn't expect Punk to be a World Champion anytime soon, though.

With the ECW originals V ECW's new breed feud going on, and CM Punk being face, he looks out of place at ECW right now and with no titles to challenge for it would make more sense to have him on Smackdown rather than raw imo.

Whats smackdown have to offer him that Raw doesn't? He could benefit from fueds with guys like Carlito, Jeff, Nitro, Kenny Dykstra, Masters and Raws midcard rather than smackdowns.

I suppose you're right there, i was just thinking it would benefit Smackdown more.

Get him out of ECW, he's got far too much potential to be wasted jobbing to Holly and Snitsky. I hope he goes to Smackdown, as SD is the actual Wrestling show. If he goes to Raw I don't want to have to keep fast forwarding 20 minute Vince promos to see his matches.

Well, CM Punk has said in the past that his dream match is him and Chris Benoit teaming up to take on Finlay and William Regal. That, sir, is a SmackDown! match.

If Punk ends up on RAW, he could find himself trapped on Heat, as well.

So Melina and Punk were in the "doghouse" but now they both had big wins.

WHO LET THE DOGS OUT?

*Lock Jaw is immediatley thrust back in time to the year 2000 for this bad joke*

Jobbing at a house show really doesn't effect his push.

Winning at a house show doesn't either.
