Since I deleted the regular Nortons and installed the Nortons from Rogers Cable, something got crossed. Whenever I highlight or right click any of my 100+ avi files, I get a windows explorer error and the folder closes, but if I open VLC and then open that same file it works fine. So does any one know how to fix this problem?

I just tried that BC, didn't work, I think something in Windows itself got crossed so I might have to reinstall Windows itself, thanks anyway(not that I'll reinstall it now since I need to wait for my WOW card to expire first)

Am I able to reinstall service pack 2 without reinstalling Windows itself?

Yea, just uninstall SP2, go download it again at Microsoft's site, and you can reinstall.
