Working in Japan. Actually one of my favorite Japan promotion stars...

He was one of my favourties in the WWF as well. Broke out when we won the Euro title from HHH and started hailing from every European City when he came to the ring. He reached his peak when he held the I.C title and Euro Title at the same time but only to drop them to Jarrett at SS 99.

...Too soon?

No, I've always wondered how much Droz's accident has hindered Brown's career. Most people have said it wasn't Brown's fault, and yet he never seemed the same as a performer after that...

Considering that only the people in attendance for the show (I believe it was a SmackDown! taping) saw it, we'll never really know whose fault it actually was (at least via video footage).

It was a Smackdown taping. But yeah I agree with The One. Ever since that accident. I thought he really never was the same he used to be. Stuff like that will haunt you for the rest of your career/life.

D'umb

I actually really liked D'lo. D'lo is a weird thing to say. Anyway, I liked his in ring work and loved him as the Euro and IC champ. It's a shame what happened with Droz and what happened with D'lo's career after.

I love when Val Venis was actually something and took off D'lo's body pad thing, put it on, and gave him the money shot.

Yep, right after the accident is indeed when he began his decline.

After that WWF started putting him on loan for more indy dates and all that. I remember he was very depressed when asked about Droz' condition. When the indy dates picked up, WWF dates decreased and the rest was history.

D'Lo also bought into an CIFL indoor football team, The Springfield Stallions, and is a new co-owner of the team. There's lots of info. on all that all over the internet and such. He's doing well for himself. He also does lots of indy shows, often in South Florida.
