The past few weeks, the writers have managed to let Edge "squirm" out of matches.

With the exception of this week, he was in the battle royal, but pretended to be injured for most of it, thus protecting him.

Does anyone know if he is carrying a niggling injury?

There's a report he has a torn bursar sack that will need to be fixed after Mania, so they're protecting him on TV until then, so he can make it through that match.

I heard somewhere he had a broken jaw, although if that was true then they would no way have had him anywhere near tv recently.

Actually, Edge was fired. However, because WWE is all about tradition, they want his Mania Streak on the line.

What's a bursar sack?

It's when you bruise your ballsack.

Lol, it isn't really a bruise on your balls.

I think it has something to do with your elbow.

Are you sure it isn't "Bursa?" Because inflamed Bursa (I think that's the spelling) is what's got me shelved.

Well, looks like Bursar is used by some people to say "Bursa." It doesn't appear to be a proper spelling, but it appears to mean the same thing.

You still haven't explained what it is.

You still haven't explained what it is.
A bursa (plural bursae or bursas; Latin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latin): Bursa synovialis) is a small fluid-filled sac located at the point where a muscle (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muscle) or tendon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tendon) slides across bone (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bone). Bursae serve to reduce friction between the two moving surfaces. There are hundreds of them throughout the body. Bursa is Latin for purse, which is what a bursa resembles.
Infection or irritation of a bursa leads to bursitis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bursitis) (inflammation of a bursa). The general term for disease of bursae is "bursopathy".

Because with Webmd, MayoClinic.com, and Wikipedia, you could have found it when given the proper name.

I think I remember reading something somewhere that was tlaking about Savage when he had a torn bursa sack...his elbow apparently swelled up and he almost lost it.

Could be wrong though. Maybe Flair's book or something.

I wonder if that can happen.
