The SNES controller wasreally good. Then PS1 basically copied it. Then they stuck dual shock sticks on it and kinda perfected it.

I like the newer xbox controllers. Not the ones originally packaged with it but the smaller one. It fit my hands real nice. The 360 is alright as well.

The N64 controller was the first one I really liked. The SNES was awesome too, probably better, but for some reason, I LOVED the N64 controller. The joystick was awesome, but not the most comfortable thing when you play for a few hours.

Dualshock is good, but the joysticks are way too loose.

Original Xbox controller was way too big. My hands aren't small and even I found it too large.

Gamecube controller sucks for games that you've played with the dualshock, but works really well for other games. I've been playing Paper Mario very comfortably today using the Gamecube controller. I find it's either a hit or miss. Playing Tony Hawk on Gamecube wasn't easy. Bad button layout for sports games I find.

Genesis was pretty comfortable. Only three buttons though. No real complaints about it.

Wii Classic controller is pretty confortable, but it's too light. Feels like it's really cheap. I haven't used it that much, but I don't have any big complaints other than the joysticks. So far, like the dualshock, the right joystick is pretty useless. Actually, same with the left one.

I'm not sure. I love the PS2 controller, but I hate the Dual Shock sticks for shooting games. Having them separated on different levels on the Xbox always seemed to make it easier for some reason.

PS3 I guess, since I love the dual shock design and having it wireless is nice.

Xbox 360 is hands down the best pad.

Saturn's pad was good for 2d fighters if you didn't own an arcade stick.

gamecube was pretty nice.
I have 2 issues with the cube's controller:

1. The d-pad was way too small.

2. There should have been a button next to the L button, just like R and Z.
