Where do you prefer to watch movies? I love going to the cinema but I always take a look to see how long the movie is before deciding if I should go. I hate being in the theater longer than 2.5 hours because i just get too uncomfortable. However, if I watch a long movie on my couch, I may lay down and fall asleep, and my popcorn never tastes as good. So it's a toss up.

Well with my 51 inch HD widescreen tv and surround sound i'd have to go with living room.
Theater for great movies and at home for mediocre movies. One good thing about watching at home is no one's cell phone is gonna go off and no constant talking. The best though, IMO, is if you have a tricked out home theater and have friends over.

I'd have to say that there is no wrong answer to this question. I myself like the theater for certain action type movies, right when they're first released. Hard to beat the energy that comes from a full house of movie goers getting right into a great movie sequence. Home however is way more comfortable and does not involve dealing with parking and the drive.

Theater for the most part, but it depends on the movie.

I'm happy watching them in bed on my LCD.
But can't beat going to the theaters for blockbuster movies (Bond, Star Wars etc)

Prefer the theater experience. It helps make some movies more enjoyable, for example a movie like Snakes on the Plane or really any comedy. But at same time for some movies, I prefer to just stay in and watch, usually these movies are more drama/emotional based movies. I also tend to go when there is less of a crowd, I love going during the day in the midweek to see the reactions of old people.
