View Full Version : Three "Doghousees" to get pushes

Nowadays, WWE is trying to listen to the fans a bit more. They tried to bury these three individuals, but the fans refused to stop cheering for them.
Expect to see big pushes for CM Punk, Matt Hardy and Rob Van Dam. A lot has already been shown by Punk's role at WrestleMania and his good performance on the show. On Raw, you saw Matt Hardy become a champion again. And at WrestleMania, RVD gained a win because they want him to a part of WWE in the future. The company threw him a bone with the Mania win, basically letting him know that if he re-signed, they'd take care of him. No one knows what his plans are and the belief is he's not 100 percent sure at this point.

Christian must be reading this and crying. Poor guy.
By the way, this sounds too good to be true.

Like I said in the other thread, this would be a good decision but I could see them pushing Van Dam to get him to re-sign then burying him again when he does. Wouldn't be the first time it happened..

I personally think that the Tag Team Championship isn't the intended push for Matt Hardy, and the guy reporting this missed the point.
I think Matt Hardy has actually been given a lot of depth lately. He coaxed his brother into sacrificing himself, taking out Matt's worst enemy. That was damn manipulative. Then he threatened to hit Sharmell with a Twist of Fate. Watch SmackDown! and you'll see Hardy's real push.

Wonder how they will give CM Punk a push...

...They'll give him a push off a cliff and hope we forget about him quickly.

Punk sounds right...Punk, Punk, OH, that Punk rocker-guy Shannon Moore.

I don't know why everyone is so down on Moore. I mean, in this era of wrestling, it's damn hard to find another diva with Moore's wrestling abilities.

I've read that Punk is getting pushes before so I'll take this time with a pinch of salt

Matt Hardy deserves a push... he got a much better reaction a WM than Jeff Hardy, and the crowd would so easily get being Matt if he got a main event push (by the way I'm pissed out of my head whilst typing this... i kid you not)

Matt Hardy should return to Mattitude. Seriously, bring back the Matt Facts, and have Hardy take on Shannon Moore as a follower, again. Sure, it sets them back a bit, but fuck it, Mattitude kicked ass. He, Jeff and Shannon Moore would make a nice little stable. Moore's hot enough to be their version of Lita. :shifty: Seriously, the kid can go, and he needs something to do.
CM Punk will likely begin a feud with the New Breed. That will kick ass. They should expand the feud out. Balls Mahoney, CM Punk, Stevie Richards, Little Guido and Vito should be added to the Originals' side. Mike Knox, Derrick Neikirk and Ryan O'Reilly can join up with the New Breed. They could also bring in someone like Kenny Dykstra. That takes it up to eight-men a piece, but fuck it. Culminate it in a "Chess Match", where one guy is ruled the "King", and if he is pinned or submits, the match is over. Everyone else is eliminated via pinfall or submission. :shifty:
I've started added shifty-faces, so people don't assume I'm being entirely serious. I would like to see a "Capture the Leader"-style tag team match in the WWE, though.

Seriously, I forsee an Elijah Burke vs. Bobby Lashley vs. Rob Van Dam vs. CM Punk match for the ECW World Championship if there is truth to this report. Burke representing the New Breed, Van Dam representing the Originals, Lashley and Punk representing themselves. Make the winner the first guy to hold falls over all of his opponents, and just give them ages to go.

Haha, I should know better, but I picked up that it seemed like a heelish thing to do, and I didn't even really think about it. Then JBL brought it up on SmackDown!. I think the WWE may have it in mind.

To be perfectly frank, I've not yet understood why Balls and Stevie aren't part of the ECWO.
Why does everyone not even recognize that Matt Hardy has some of the worst mic skills on WWE's entire roster. I mean did anyone watch RAW when Edge was doing his show and had the MITB people on? I'm not sure how Edge didnt laugh at how bad he was. He said something like " I'm gunna beat you....badddddddd! " It was ' Ultimate Warrior ' brutal.

When Matt Hardy gets serious, his accent does get in the way of him being intimidating. His promo skills aren't great, but some of his promos during the Mattitude era, where he was just an arrogant bastard, really worked.

If you're gonna be :shifty: you might as well go all out with the Russo-complexity. Designate each man as a certain ██████████ Pawn, Rook, Bishop, Knight, Queen, King. Each position can only make one type of move: Pawns can only do knife-edge chops and leg drops, Bishops can only do top rope moves, Knights only use weapons, Rooks can only do suplexes, The Queen does any moves they wish, and the King can only pin or apply submissions. If you're caught doing any other moves, you are disqualified and eliminated.
Actually, if it weren't so damn hard to follow, that would set up a pretty interesting strategy. I think it'd be a good gimmick match if average wrestling fans weren't so stupid.

I love that "russo" is now a term, and not a proper name. Anyone who philibusters the entertainment value of their own product is now a "russo".

Ok, here's how to make that idea actually work.
5 on 5 Chess Rules Elimination Tag Match
King- Captain. Cannot eliminate unless only he and the Knight remain.
Match ends if he is eliminated.
Queen- Unrestricted.
Bishop- Can only eliminate by pin.
Rook- Can only eliminate by submission.
Knight- Cannot eliminate, but cannot be disqualified.
Could work, and makes a bit of sense.

On the real, that chess match idea is fucking Hot. You would have people sacrificing themselves for the Kings and would really help build some drama on pin falls.
Addign everyone with a stipulation is a bitch much.
You must pin the King to win, do it Wargames style. COol beans
