not for this site, just for laughs with photoshop and making sigs for my mates.
also by in signature, I mean in an image

You are wanting to put videos in an image?

You'd have to take the image, get a .gif of the video, and put the video on a layer above the banner.

Or just slice the banner, making the video (if they're the same dimensions) interchangeable. But that includes HTML.
