Most of you probably knew, but I just found out tonight that Edge wrestled two matches on WCW Pro in early 1996.

1/13/96 - he lost to Kevin Sullivan
2/03/96 - he lost to Meng (Haku)

So what, did WCW pay any old (and I stress the word "OLD") shlub off the street to sit in their seats?

The only notable people to ever come out of WCW were the tag team, Disorderly Conduct. Well, them, and maybe a case could be made for Roadblock.

Yeah, it's too bad that Ron Simmons guy that was in Doom never went anywhere. I mean, damn.

I'm just glad Flair never wrestled for WCW. He was a TNA legend and continues to be a WWE legend.

Alot of people were like Edge's case. Did you know RVD was in WCW b4 ECW? But it was so breif and insignificant no one remembers.

From Wiki:

In 1991, Owen Hart appeared sporadically on World Championship Wrestling shows, usually without that much fanfare and no mentions of his WWF connections

A ton of guys passed through WCW before going to WWE.

You know who should've done that, Booker T.

He could've seriously been like a 5-time Champion there.

No problem.

Hogan never would have made it in WCW. After being WWF's golden boy for so long they probably would have jobbed him out and sent him packing.

I dunno, maybe if you would have turned him heel or something it could have worked.

You got me there.

But, I'm sure someone like that would gave some good mic skills. I mean, he probably would be doing interviews every week, so he could probably walk circles around someone like Hogan or Triple H.

But yeah, it would be pretty bad.

Theo Dious

Yeah, they'd have a gold mine on their hands, and a company that would sit on the top long after Vince McMahon's company was out of business. You couldn't possibly screw that up. Unless you did something really stupid, like giving him the top title without any kind of solid buildup. Even then, the PPV on which that happened would be phenominal, right? And it's not like they would job the title off of him in a stupid fashion that never let him regain his heat. God, NOBODY would be that dumb.
