Ace Ventura Pet Detective. It's one of the funniest films ever.

Hard, I went with The Truman Show with Man On the Moon right behind it. He has done many good movies

I said Truman Show but it's tough to go against Man on the Moon. He was genius in that role. Just perfect.

Man on the Moon. I loved that film (although it seems there were about 6 people in the world that saw it the same way) and Carrey was fantastic, espcially when he put on the Tony Clifton costume.

Here are some more:
Harry: According to the map we've only gone about four inches. You know I don't think we have enough gas money.
Lloyd: What is the soup de jour?
Waitress: It's the soup of the day.
Lloyd: Mmm, that sounds good, I'll have that.
Mary Swanson: So you'll pick me up tonight at seven forty-five?
Harry Dunne: Well I got a few things to take care of so how about quarter to eight?
Mary Swanson: [Laughs] Stop it
Harry Dunne: ok seven forty-five
Harry Dunne: Yeah I called her up, she gave me a bunch of crap about me not listening to her, or something, I don't know, I wasn't really paying attention.

Liar Liar, just because it's my favorite Jim Carrey movie. Dumb and Dumber and Ace Ventura are close runner ups.

Don't watch the Harry shitting scene if they show it on TV. They tend to cut out all the fart sounds. Hearing ALL the farts sounds are key, so seeing on DVD or VHS is the shit.

Jim Carry pisses me off, most of his movies suck.
With the exception of the Truman Show (still not a great movie) and Man on the Moon, so I'm going with Man on the Moon.

Tough choice again. He's a another great actor. I went with Man on the Moon. It's really hard to pick just one, like others have indicated.
