We all know Paul Heyman is incredibly good at booking to someone's strengths and hiding weakness to put on a fairly decent show. But what if he was given a roster full of talented guys (I'm not saying that ECW didn't have talented workers, I'm just saying for every Taz or RVD or Raven, he had 2 or 3 garabage wrestlers like Balls or New Jack). But seriously, what do you think he could do with a roster filled with guys that were the complete package? You know, they could talk, wrestle with some logic, and just generally get over with the crowd.
I'm willing to bet Heyamn would just self destruct as he would get bored with it or possibly wouldn't know what to do with everything working out so well.

If you could perform a total ego-ectomy on them all, a booking team of Vince Russo, Paul Heyman, and Eric Bischoff, under the eye of Vince McMahon, all working just to produce the best possible product, would be amazing. You have them each heading up part of the company, with one of them booking main event, one of them books upper-midcard, and one books "the rest." Every six months they would rotate; the ME guy goes down to "the rest," the upper-midcard guy goes to ME, and "the rest" goes to upper-midcard. That way every year you have Wrestlemania brought to you by a different booker.
LIKE I SAID, this is if you could surgically remove the ego.

Honestly, I would keep Vince out of the undercard/the rest because he doesn't give a fuck. Heyman and Bischoff could book an undercard. Infact Bischoff booked the undercard better than he did the mainevent :-\

Most do. With the undercared you're typically less afraid to take chances, and the performers work harder.

Wasn't Heyman booking Smackdown like 3 years ago?

He booked Smackdown a few years ago yes, I don't remember what year, it was the year Hogan and Lesnar were feuding I think, which was fucking awesome... He was taken out because the McMahons dontlike him I guess but man those were some great wrestling shows.

He booked Smackdown while Brock was champion. Brock's reign was great. He utilized the best talent on the roster in the Smackdown 6.
