Can't say that I'm suprised. Fox likes to debut these new shows in primetime slots against heavy competition so what do they expect.
You need to debut shows in the summer. Look at how Fox did the OC. It debuted in the summertime and was deemed a cultural phenomenon.

Too bad. I was enjoying it. Can't say I'm surprised either.

They're about on the schedule I predicted in the Firefly thread. Motherfuckers.
Hope they release it on DVD.

They'll release it on DVD as "the complete series." 23 episodes, including 19 previously unaire episodes. Shit, it even precludes the need for bonus material.

Some good stuff has been going out. NBC cancelled The Black Donnellys and some comedy show took over. Knowing FOX, you can probably watch the episodes online at the website.

So were there only 6 eps, or only 6 filmed? Will this conclude it, or still leave us hanging?

I guess they only filmed 6 episodes...the sad thing is that the last episode will probably leave some huge cliff hanger to piss off all the fans...

I read on Wikipedia that 13 episodes were commissioned, and 6 were filmed.
Being that 6 or 7 is the midway point, I can almost guarantee it's got a huge cliffhanger.

Maybe this is a good sign. Telling Nathon Fillon to get his ass back to Firefly.

And, remember, Donnellys took over Studio 60's timeslot. NBC just doesn't know what to do with Mondays at 10.

What's on Mondays around that time, anyway? Both shows were doing ass in the ratings. I mean, Idol's over, right?
It's funny to see these shows gushed over by the advertising, and then treated like shit. Put them in bad slots, or pre-empt them constantly.
That sucks I was loving that show.

I honestly think petitions are a waste oftime, especially with e-petitions, but whatever.

Nah, Idol's still going, but it's not even on Mondays.
Dancing with the Stars and Deal or No Deal were kind of sucking the ratings away from Drive. :-\

Studio 60 returns May 24th...still no word on whether it'll be picked up for another season though.

I meant Idol's over by ten. When the show's on.
I thought Idol was on Mondays. As well as Tuesdays, and like 9 other days a week. My mistake. But the other part...I mean, I know Idol's still on, because it runs on Tuesdays between the Simpsons reruns and House.

I actually liked the Black Donnellys a lot. Kinda pissed it was canceled. I think it was replaced by the Real Wedding Crashers; another reality show.

I only saaw a couple eps of the Black Donnelys, but I liked it. It was just in a time slot where I usually don't watch stuff, so I kept forgetting.
