Can i put the idea or concept out there that they dont need him? or want him? Besides they've dropped the ball with Angle so test wouldn't exactly be a big fish or something to worry about

You can point out that they don't need him all they want, but history will tell you they tend to hire ALL the WWE's castoffs. Or as many as can be. I mean, come on. They hired the Bashams? Chrissy Hemme? For that matter, ANY woman?

Them not hiring Test seems highly unlikely. Let's be realistic.

He legally changed his name to Andrew Test Martin, so yes he can go by that name. He did while doing indy bookings.
