Pretty sure we mostly agree that JR and King suck and should probably be replaced. However, I think, JR should stay but get a better colour guy. I really dont' think JR is the problem, Lawler is. Lawler used to be edgy, used to have a personality, used to be a heel. Now he's just a guy talking when JR isn't talking.
I think JR needs somebody better to work with. Yes JR sucks at times, but he is STILL the best PBP man. I'm not a huge JBL fan, but I think he'd work well with JR better than King.
Thoughts...or something.

I really enjoyed it when they brought in Paul Heyman to replace Lawler when Lawler quit because of that one bitch. Or when Coachman was a 3rd guy at the booth, that was good too. Anything to shake it up, if not just replace them both.

Really? Didn't the King call half a show awhile back because JR lost his voice? He was awful.

King was being more heelish this week. He started out Edge v. HBK as pretty pro-Edge, but it lessened throughout the match. There were some other comments throughout the night that seemed more heel King. Anyone else notice this, or am I making stuff up?

Not as much as JR was TOO face. I think it was more that King was making a point about Edge being more "opportunistic" and JR was saying "how dare you make a valid point that goes against the face of the match".
In other words, King wasn't being heelish, it was JR being as dumb as fuck.

JBL on Raw would be good, I think he's the best announcer they got right now to be honest. He really sells an angle better than anyone else right now.

I don't want to see Jim Ross and JBL together for the mere fact that it would be two rednecks calling the show. I really think JBL needs a nerdy blue-state face to play off. Michael Cole is a good choice, Joey Styles and Josh Mathews would be even better.
Jerry Lawler should have turned heel when he was inducted into the Hall of Fame. "Now that I'm a Hall of Famer, I'm the greatest commentator in sports entertainment history, idiot! Kiss my feet!" That would have been awesome. Instead he is face Lawler, and I am sick of him.
I think Josh Mathews is the best candidate to replace Lawler they have, but I don't think that's too realistic. I'd love for it to be Paul Heyman, as that is a proven success, but would they trust Heyman in such a role?

And fucking hell Coach sucks. Why does that man have a job? Is it some kind of community program the WWE operates to hire retards and rehabilitate them into useful parts of society? If so, it's failing.
Actually, that might explain a lot of things in the WWE right now.

I don't think Coach is that bad. He makes a good scrawny heel character on the screen. For the product the WWE delivers, he is actually quite useful.

I honestly don't think King would be that bad as a face/tweener commentator, giving analysis based on what he knows as a former wrestler. For some reason, his heel persona annoys me to no end because he always does the same thing (crack jokes). Not saying that's part of what is going on NOW, but the heel stuff is now going to be so stale with King that it's too worthless and annoying to matter.
