How would you book a Chris Jericho return?

I guess this thread is a calling for all Alienoid (and Alienoid wannabes). How would you book a Jericho return.

I guess I would use the re-emergence of Doink. I seem to remember a few years ago, Jericho dressed up as Doink to get back at someone (I can't remember who).

I would have Khali go over Cena at ONS, thus winning the title. Then "Doink" comes out and plays up to Cena. Cena is pissed and goes for an FU but "Doink" has a lead pipe up his sleeve and smashes Cena over the head. The wig and makeup comes off to reveal Jericho, standing over the man who cost him his job.

In the following 2 weeks, the man in the hood shows up on RAW/ECW etc, messing with Lashley at. After a Lashley match, which he wins whilst constantly looking out for the hood guy, the man appears on the stage. With Lashley distracted, Shane McMahon attacks from behind with a chair. Vince makes his way out with Lashley down and announces in snarl mode that Lashley will find out who the man is.

Following week, Lashley beats *insert random wrestler* He then takes a chair shot by the man in the hood from behind who comes from the crowd. Lashley eventually regains control, hits his finish and sets up for the big reveal. He pulls off the hood and there is Shane McMahon. Lashley looks confused (he might have a problem portraying this)

The arena lights cut out for a few seconds. Then the countdown starts.

A man head to toe in black come out on the stage doing the Jericho pose. As he turns to face the ring, he removes the mask and it's Jericho.

Cuts a promo about how when he first approached McMahon about returning, Vince made him an offer. You help me, I'll help you type of schtick. Etc etc.

It might be time for the next PPV then so buy rates could go up on the back of Jericho. Also, wouldn't use Jericho as the actual guy under the hood 'til the reveal, just someone with the same build so there won't be reports of 'JERICHO AT RAW-OMFGZZZ!!!11!!oneoneone!!1!' Vince 1 Smarks 0</font>

A surprise Jericho return chair shot on Cena a go go would be awesome. I do think it would be kind of cool if he dressed as another guy on the roster, but wore a hat and sun glasses or something like that so we don't know it's really jericho. Maybe something can happen earlier in the show with a guy so he ends up wearing something on his face or something. I don't know.

You forget one problem: from Cena's body, a new head would grow. And from Cena's severed head, a new body would grow. This would lead to the feud of Next Year's Wrestlemania: Cena vs. Cena. The match would take up the entire 5 hours of Wrestlemania and half of the next Raw.

I'd book it similar to his debut. Cena is out in the ring cutting a promo, and then the countdown starts, pyro, Jericho pose, Jericho berates Cena in a promo.

Ok, start with Jericho coming in from behind and bashing Cena with a chair several times. Then tossing him into a shopping cart where he is taken to the back and thrown in a dumpster. This dumpster is filled with poisonous snakes and large deadily spiders. Jericho then takes poison gas and pumps it into the dumpster. Jericho takes the dumpster out of the arena to the nearest 1000 foot cliff and drops it off as it makes a high pitched sound getting lower as it falls. After it crashes, Jericho takes whatevers left of Cena and sprays him with liquid nytrogen. Then takes a shotgun and shatters the frozen Cena. Then loads up the bits left into a rocket and shoots it into space where the bits are eaten by giant space ants.
The next week on Raw.
Cena: I beat the odds again Jericho! You can't beat me!
Jericho: Fuck this, Jeff I will take that deal.

John Cena is in the ring, giving a promo about how he will continue to defend his WWE Championship against all challengers, if they step up he'll fight 'em. Jericho's music hits, everyone pops, the pyro goes off, the lights, but instead of coming out from the back, he runs through the audience and slams Cena with the steal chair. He slaps the Walls of Jericho on Cena and Cena taps. Jericho grabs the belt and runs off with it. The fallowing week Jeircho gives a backstage heel promo and uses edited footage to make it seem like it was a real match. Cena lays down the challenge, Jericho comes out, cut to a SmackDown tape of a bell ringing, cut to a series of clips from past matches with Jericho and Cena were Jericho has the upper hand, cut to Jericho making Cena tap, cut to Armaggedon footage with Jericho being announced NEW CHAMPION. He talks about what a great feel it is for his first night back to already be Champion. John Cena's music hits and he comes out to the ring, he talks about how he will tell is straight, he did tap out, but that was no match, that was a flat out ambush, and while Jericho may be talking backstage, he'll continue to let his work, what he does bell to bell, speak for him. CENA then lays out a challenge for the next PPV, he'll bring the fight if Jericho will bring the belt. Jericho's response is that he did all he needed to do last week, he proved himself already when he made Cena tap out in the middle of the ring.

The next week Jericho has a match against, uh, let's just throw Jeff Hardy out there for no reason. Before the match, Jericho grabs the mic and says even though Hardy doesn't deserve it, he will grant him the chance to fight him and make it for the WWE Championship. Cena comes out mid match and begins to belittle Jericho during the match as he walks down the ramp. Jericho begins to taunt Cena from the ring as Hardy roles him up, Jericho is able to kick out and as Cena runs into the ring, Jericho runs out with the belt and a mic. The ref counts Jericho out but as he leaves the arena, Jericho uses the mic to remind everyone you can't loose a title on count out so he announces himself STILL WWE Champion.

Cena opens up the next RAW in the ring taunting Jericho, saying he's giving him the chance to actually have someone ELSE call him Champion, instead of him continuing to be the only one to recognize that he's the man. Jericho comes out, and says it doesn't matter who thinks what, the facts are on his side. He made the Champ tap out in the middle of the ring, that means he's the new and current reigning and defending Champion. Cena then picks up on the wording of "defending" and says that if he's the Champ, and he defends the belt, and technically he made the Champ tap in the middle of the ring, then technically he's going to call in his rematch clause. Jericho puts on his angry face and the match is set for the next PPV.

End it however you want I suppose, and seeing as how this is WWE I can't even fake put results in that has Cena lose the belt cleanly...so whatever...

Cena is standing in the ring getting a controversial reaction, though starting to act a bit heelish and proclaiming how he thinks he is going to retire from wrestling (smark pop from the crowd) because there is simply nobody left for him to beat. He issues an open challenge and syas any one man can come out and take him on for the title right then and there. Nobody comes. He says any tag team can come out or any two men and he'd put the title on the line in a handicap match. Nobody comes. He then says he'll take on any number of people and anybody in the back can put their own posse together and come out and take him on for the title. Nobody comes. He finally says, "Well I guess thats it then, there is NOBODY left who can take on John..."

The crowd is going nuts, biggest pop in a LONG while and Jericho is standing, posed in the entrance way. He turns around and welcomes everybody to Raw is Jericho! Calls Cena and assclown and says he'll take him on right then and there! Cena waves him into the ring and they start brawling. After a few minutes a ref comes running down and rings the bell making it official. After a back and forth match Cena picks up Jericho for the FU, he hops out of it and takes Cena down into the Walls of Jericho! The crowd is marking out!!!!! Cena starts to roll through it, reverses it! Walls of Jericho on Chris Jericho!!!!! Jericho works his way towards the ropes and breaks the hold. Jericho gets back up and makes a run at Cena, but gets caught with a drop toe hold, STFU!!! CENA LOCKS IN THE STFU!!!! JERICHO TAPS!!! JERICHO TAPS!!!

For a few moments the crowd sits there, like WTF just happened. Then reality sets in as Cena is parading around the ring with spinner belt in hand and Jericho is rolling around in agony. Trash is being thrown into the ring, boos are deafening.

*NO CHANCE IN HELL*

Vince comes out of the back with a mic in hand, laughing hystarically and then says "You didn't really think somebody was going to go OVER Cena, did you! AHHHahahaha!!! This is MY show damnit! And you'll watch what I want you to watch! And you'll cheer for who I want you to cheer for! Now applaud your champion damnit!"

Cena then gets on the mic and says "The Champ is here to stay! And Jericho, You can't see me!" Cena gets a controversial reaction again and we get 7 more years of this crapfest.

That's how its goin' down.
