There are too reason why I say Cena is worse.

1) I'm a HHH mark.

2) Heels should have long riegns, faces should be the challengers. When Cena is champion forever, it doesn't look like he has any legit challengers (same problem with Hogan, they had to keep getting monsters). The only time a face had a decent long reign was Ston Cold because Vince was still in a high position.

Cena by far. Hunter's reigns were at least entertaining and I felt like he could carry (and many times was the ONLY one who could carry) the top spot.

Also, HHH put on a lot of incredible matches while being Champ. Cena to date has put on, um, one kind of worthy Main Event, and that was ONLY because of the crowd reaction in the Ballroom at ONS II.

Though if you you ask me, Lashley and Batista are FAR worse than Cena, and miles below Hunter.

Triple H dropped the belt to Benoit,HBK,Goldberg, and Batista. All of them had a meaningful reign as World Champion.

HBK's reign was only a month (to drop back to HHH) but it served its purpose of adding fuel to their feud (which IMO is tied with Brock/Angle as the greatest feuds of the current "era".)

Benoit got the super push and made Triple H tap at the biggest WrestleMania since X-Seven.

Goldberg got a short but decent reign as World Champion considering how limited his marketability and booking potential is.

Triple H made Batista.

What has Cena done? He has been carried up until his fued with Umaga. He dropped the belt to Edge only for Edge to get shit on weeks later. RVD fucked up, and Edge got the belt...ONLY TO GET SHIT ON MY CENA. Cena has gone over most of the biggest names the WWE has right now and in the most rediculous ways possible. At least Triple H sold for opponents and made them look like a million bucks. Yeah, HHH probably should have dropped the belt to RVD (but would you give the world title to a guy who badmouths your company on interviews?). He should have probably dropped the belt to Booker T. and/or Kane. Triple H was the best on RAW during his reigns. Everybody just is forgetting that SmackDown! during this time was amazing (SD! had Angle,Lesnar,Undertaker,Benoit,Eddie,Edge,Mysterio and an awesome undercard.) so HHH gets a bad rap for a bad product. Who would have looked good against that SmackDown! card when all you have on RAW is Triple H, HBK, Kane, Booker T., Scott Steiner, and Kevin Nash, and Goldberg. Everybody needs to realize that Triple H is one of the best workers in the entire fucking world. Yeah, he had help because he is married to Stephanie but that is the world of professional wrestling. Let's not forget than Cena and VINCE McMahon are pretty good buddies over the last year or so. Cena is a horrible worker, and his "magic healing" at WrestleMania 23 proved that he doesn't belong where he is. HBK does oversell but it fits into the match and HBK is still one of the best workers in the entire world at 40. You don't have to be WWE Champion for 90% of the past 3 years to sell merchandise. I promise you the little wigger children wouldn't stop bugging their parents to buy his Chain Gang shit and spinner belts if he wasn't SuperCena for 36 months.
