Buying a New Game for 360

And I have no idea what to get at all. I decided a couple weeks back to start playing 360 again since I will have a working one now, so what do you guys recommend gettin, I want something fairly new with good online play. Suggestions?

Army of two is a nice fresh game which is coming out in a week or two maybe
Tenchu comes out on friday
Shadow run is an online only game but it is insanely fun, go download the online demo now :)

Gun is a pretty good game for single player, graphics aren't quite the amazing next gen you'd think, but the gameplay is brilliant.

Rainbow Six is an amazing FPS, especially online.
