......said so.

Sorry, but this news just screamed a goto:

Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter
- Ken Kennedy is quietly becoming the unofficial protégé of Stone Cold Steve Austin. According to one backstage source, Kennedy is always talking to Austin as to what he is doing right and what he needs to improve on. It is said that Kennedy talks to Austin at least once a week to get pointers on how to make it to the top of the business.

Can't deny that he's getting advice from a good source.

Definitly. If it ain't Austin it's Hogan. I think he made the right choice. :y:

Austin needs to transplant himself into Kennedy's body.

I wonder if anybody is Roadblock's protege. Then we'd be in for something REALLY special.

I think it's a good move, and even happier to hear that someone is striving this hard to make it in the business who actually is entertaining. I'm just hoping he doesn't eventually follow the path of HHH and Cena where I don't want him on my television anymore.

In all fairness, while I enjoy Kennedy and enjoyed Austin, this isn't really THAT much of an effort. He's just making calls to Steve Austin once a week. HOW DOES HE FIND THE TIME???

Really though, it's cool, I guess, but it's not a huge deal. Also, here's a point to ponder...how would Austin's expertise and game plan fit into today's wrestling world? Do you guys think the game has changed at all from the time Austin was big to now? How pertinent can Steve Austin's advice really be?

Just thought i'd share i text message with you...

Harry Potter stories are a bit far fetched. I can buy the fact that magic exists and that there may even be unicorns and wizards, but a ginger kid with 2 mates... f*** off!

Meh, Austin hasn't been out that long, and business hasn't changed too much since his departure imo.

Also if someone was calling me more than once a week, I would want to stick my foot up his ass. Kennedy is probably trying to be respectful but still inquisitive.

You want Mark Henry to start coming to the ring with construction materials and to hotshot himself over the top rope into a splash as his finisher?

That would be a billion times more entertaining than Mark Henry is his current state, I'll tell you that.
