I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one who visited that site around here.

The Atlanta rumors have been flying for the past two weeks. :p

Now, if they're smart, they won't announce it at all. Mick will get beat down, and the Rock will make the runin for the save. Preferably with his music hitting, so the fans can mark the **** out.

All of the fans going to the show KNOW he is gonna be there. They are advertising him in Atlanta. There isn't time for unannounced returns just for pops now. You do that sh</>it when business is up.

Yeah Ive never understood the theory behind surprises, they dont make money, they dont increase TV ratings, they cant sell t-shirts, so why bother? I mean RAW had that stretch where they had several weeks of unannounced people on the show, and as expected it did nothing for ratings. At least this way, by advertising that the biggest star in the history of the business will be on RAW in Atlanta, they've sold some extra tickets. At the very least it will cut back on their black tarp expenses for the night.

Finally The Rock will come back to make one appearance and then off again to film another movie. I think the Rock should just give up on the wrestling. One match a year is not worth it.

On the other hand, Cynic, advertising the hell out of it doesn't lead to extended ratings increases either.

The last two times Rock came back, one was announced and one wasn't. Ratings went up one time and didn't the other. Speaks for itself.

Only on the net do you find people who would not want to see the biggest star in the business (arguably ever) comeback.

No actually, couple other people have said so. I think the count is up to three now.
