But I think this deserves its own thread, as this has mind blowing potential.
I mentioned in another thread that the tracks from Metroidmetal.com would be fun as hell to play on GH.

Looks like I'm not the only one who thinks so.
Apparently there is a site called scorehero.com, which specializes in hacking GH. Gonna check it out and see what its all about.

Yeah, put something about this in one of the Guitar Hero 2 threads.
Only problem is that the majority of custom songs are like retardedly difficult.

Crap. Thats such a tease. On the bright side, it doesn't look like the songs miss the note when you do, so it won't sound awful if you can't always keep up.

Seems like a big pain in the butt just to mod the songs. Pick up a real guitar! :p

Learning to play that from no experience, is probaby much more bothersome.

Is that really a plus? I mean, I tend to rely on audio feedback in terms of when I screw up. But maybe I'm alone.

For people who are good at expert its definitly a sore spot, but if someone who wasn't at that level tried to play it, it would probably sound like crap. Or like Warrant. Same thing.
