Ric Flair has been pulled from RAW brand house show duty due to a neck injury that could force him to retire. Flair never expected to wrestle as much as he is when he originally signed with WWE a few years ago. He is currently working most house shows, TV events, and international tours. It is not known whether the neck injury was suffered in a specific match or is the result of a long career.

Well, on the bright side, at least now he won't have to have his "career ended" in a vain attempt to get Batista over.

Anyways, that really sucks if Flair's gone for good. Granted, he really has lost a few steps since his glory dats, and shouldn't have been going full-time like he was, but I'm sure he still had a few more good matches in him. Here's wishing the best for him.

Ric Flair will always be stylin' and profilin'. He had one of the longest runs, ever. He is a legend. He is old. And he continued to give himself to wrestling over the years. Ric Flair, retire man. Don't jeopardize yourself. You have given more than enough to the fans. Ric Flair is the man.

Hopefully he will stay on even if he cant wrestle, at least then he can still treat us all to some of those killer promo's he cuts now and again.

Well that sucks, but wait, Ric Flair is a LEGEND RIGHT. A LEGEND. A LEGEND. HMMM, I know there is someone in the WWE who could be responsible for ending Ric's LEGENDARY career storyline wise. I can't think of his name though. :)

Well, this probably means he'll stay more permanently in a managerial role. Hope he recovers fast.

I know im not the only one that saw this coming. Wrestlers get hurt and the older you get the more prone to you are. Flair wrestles everyweek a few times at that and the moves he takes..(five star frog splash) are bound to get him injured.

You're not the only one.

I'm actually surprised that it took this long, given his age, fitness level, etc.

The back injury didn't stop him, so it wouldn't surprise me if he keeps going. However, I wish he wouldn't. I enjoy Flair as much as the next guy, and I love his promos, but he has a lot of life left in him. No reason for the guy to live out the rest of his life in more pain then he has to ( like Terry FUnk.)

Except that would make absolutely no sense right now.

Man, Flair is one of the good guys in wrestling. I've never heard anything bad about him, and he's given so much to the sport. He is a king of kings.

Well, wait, did Flair hurt his back or neck or both in that plane crash? That might be another reason.

I'm pretty sure it was just his back, but he could have had whip-lash from the crash. (haha rhymed) :shifty:
