- Thanks to reader Marcus Lee, who is at the SD/ECW show tonight for sending these notes in!

- Chavo Guerrero (http://www.wrestlezone.com/article.php?articleid=187945442#) LOST to The Unknown Wrestler after a modified Scorpion Death drop, in a dark match. Seriously this was what he was announced as. Unknown had a Gladiator/300 look, and the crowd actually got behind while it was 50-50. Chavo missed a frog splash to give Unknown the opening. His finisher kinda looked like Goldust's finisher.

You'd have a pretty big problem if you were literally laughing your ass off.

And "Goldust's Finisher"? Are we talking the Curtain Call or Shatter Dreams?

"THIS... IS... BALLLSAAAAAAAAA*SMASH*AAAAAAAAAAA!"

Dear God,

Fuck you for allowing a side show carnie act to become good enough to be a stand alone product producing some of the greatest moments in entertainment history for me, only to allow it to fall to a sadder point than were it started.

Amen.

It's a dark match, no one will ever see it. It'd just be one of the guys under WWE development contract the WWE is looking to call up. I remember someone recently changed their attire to look somewhat 300-ish, but I can't remember who it was. It might have been them. I'm scraping my brain trying to remember who was made to look like that.

So after a good raw one week, they've managed to make the most ass-backwards booking you could ever imagine the next week, on both shows.

DARK MATCH:

Unknown Wrestler d. Chavo Guerrero

Yes his official name for the evening is "Unknown Wrestler." Roberts announced him as being from a place unknown, having a weight unknown and then a name unknown. The guy was pretty big and was wearing a mask. Crowd was really into this match of course as it was the first of the night.

Apparently the wrestler was actually announced as "Unknown Wrestler." He apparently had an "unknown weight" and was from "Parts Unknown." :|

The SmackDown! tapings actually sound somewhat good. Apparently we get a Jamie Noble vs. Shannon Moore match out of them. That's never a bad thing.

Stop the prayers. Hit the snooze.
You’ll go next week.
Hell, don’t even go at all.
If God is everywhere, why should we go to church?
If he’s sitting right next to you on the couch …
Who even knows if there is a God, anyway.
The church is nothing but a farce. A way to judge you.
You have to take control of your own life. You are your only judge.
Save yourself the headache.
Do something more valuable with your time.
And if there is a god, he’ll forgive you.

Hey, I’m not telling you anything that you don’t already know.

I just read that it was Shamus O Shaunessy an Irish wrestler who has only been on the books for 6 months. Fair play to him

He apparently had an "unknown weight"

I guess they put him on a scale and it registered question marks.

From PWInsider: The man who played the "unknown wrestler" at Smackdown on Tuesday was Johnny Stamboli.

Yeah, I read this too. Good to see Stamboli getting another shot to get another shot. It will be interesting to see if anything becomes of this. Last I heard he was in Japan wrestling under The Great Muta gimmick, or something.

Stamboli was always somewhat decent. I wouldn't be opposed to seeing him signed back to a contract.

Dave Youell brought up Sheamus O'Shaunessy. I did a little bit of reading into FCW, and his name came up. I wouldn't mind it if he appeared on SmackDown! as Finlay's apprentice, for a while, learning the ropes from him in both kayfabe and reality.

I also came across the name of a guy named Drew Galloway. He's 22 years old, a male model, pursuing a degree in criminology. His wrestling resume reads very similarly to Paul Burchill's, from my perspective. He's 6'6, 250lbs. This guy presumingly has the size, the look, and hopefully the brains and the talent to become a top star in the company.

So even though I am yet to see any of his work, I'm going to mention the name "Drew Galloway," just in an attempt to predict the future. He could be nothing, but I also get a feeling that he could go the opposite way and at least be someone somewhat relevent.

You have my respect for knowing that.

Honestly, I would not be opposed if Galloway got a Goldberg push. Start him on Heat, going over The Highlanders in singles, and then in handicap matches. Have him cut promos about how they are embarrassing to Scottish men everywhere. Then have him go over Val Venis, and work his way up. Eventually William Regal takes notice, and offers to take Galloway under his wing, but the egotist doesn't believe Regal has anything to offer him, leading to a feud between the two.

I mean, he can't actually be worse than Goldberg, can he?

Stamboli was decent over six fucking years ago when he was a WCW tag team champion. But instead of keeping a decent team together, give one a dress :y:

If he manages to get a good push again, just hope he doesn't get injured. WWE seems to attempt to push him every now and again so I'm guessing they like him, if he can just stave off injury for long enough he should have a good chance.
