What are said good games?

AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+(2.80GHz)
3GB PC2-5300 DDR2
500GB 7200RPM SATA
Shit graphics card - but I'll take the graphics card out of my old computer and switch 'em haha

Half Life 2...Online...Deathmatch
If my computer wasnt crap thats all I would be playing every day.
I used to constantly go to a net place nearby and just spend all my free time playing that game.

The Sims 2 (get that and then any expansion. It's really good)
Simcity 4 Deluxe Edition (make sure you get DE, so you can have the Rush Hour expansion)
Fable
Final Fantasy XI (I don't care what anyone else says, it's still a good game if you are patient enough to reap the rewards)
Requiem

What? Why would you waste your time playing that? The single player is great... the multiplayer is terrible. It's not skill-based.. it's run and gun. At LEAST go the extra little distance and play some Counter-Strike.
Also, to the original poster... get into an MMO. It will consume your time, and there isn't so much 'replay value' as there is - 'it just keeps you hooked' value.
Check out EVE Online, or a game that is getting closer to release - Pirates of the Burning Sea. EVE has a 14 day free trial that doesn't require a credit card, but 14 days really isn't long enough.. may as well do the 14 day trial, and then buy it for $20 for the free month. So basically 44 days for $20, and by the end of that month you should be able to decide whether or not you want to keep playing. That's usually the point that most people are getting either sucked into it, or turned away.
But since I imagine you haven't played any MMO's before, it should keep you well occupied for a long time to come.

Im more of a run and gun person than a "Hmmm...Let me hide behind this rock for a few minutes untill this guy finally walks out and then shoot him!" Ive never been that kinda person who picks up a sniper rifle and then just sits there waiting in a corner on a building waiting for the perfect shot. Im the kind person thats like...give two handguns and let me loose in a room with like twelve other people in it.
I love Counter-Strike also...I play that all the time on Xbox Live...but im more of a fan of Half Life 2 deathmatch. I dont know if its in it but im hoping that when the release the new box set of Half Life for the 360 that it will be included in it.

Currently playing Supreme Commander. It would be good if the game wouldn't crash every so often.
