-- Tony Schiavone is slated to be the play-by-play commentator at an upcoming pay-per-view called WrestleFest this October. He will be calling the matches alongside his ex-partner Larry Zbyszko. This will be his first commentary gig since 2001. This event will be at the Cow Palace inSan Fransisco and the main event is scheduled to feature a triple threat match between Christian Cage, Abyss and a mystery wrestler. Former WWE & WCW wrestlers, as well as local wrestlers, will fill out the rest of the card. Click here (http://www.wrestlefanfest.com/info.html) for details on this event. The pay-per-view is going to be held in conjuction with a wrestling convension that same weekend. The convention will feature Steve Austin, Goldberg, Roddy Piper, Kurt Angle and several dozen other stars.
Looks like someone is taking my advice.

I'd rather see Stevie Ray commentate again. It was just a stream of random, seemingly unconnected words.

There is a couple of matches I'd like to see. This makes it a better card than every WWE PPV this year.

Wasnt this card also supposed to have Tully Blanchards retirement match with Baby Doll and JJ Dillion in his corner vs Dustin Rhodes?

It might be worth buying alone just for Schavoines hyperbole commentary.
