without fucking up any of the video. i am burning one right now, and the cpu stays between 03%-40%. i tend to get backed up with burning the movies i rent constantly, and it would be a big time saver to burn 2 at once. hell, how about burning a dvd and playing a game like c&c3.

You might notice a drop in burn speed, depending on how much of your CPU power is going to burning them, but you should be fine. There may be the off chance that you might burn a coaster but you should be fine. I don't know about playing C&C3 though.

You could always set the priority of the burning programs to a higher, or lower if you want to play games, and then multitask.

Considering the drives are probably on the same channel, and you'll want 2 instances of the software running etc, I would say it's not a good idea.

Burn one with Nero and one with CloneDVD - I reckon that would work.
