I fucking love this song, and can not get enough of it. No World for Tomorrow looks to be like one really kickass album if this song is any indication. Sounds far different from the live version though.

Not bad. I still think that their first album was their best, I didn't care for their last one much. I didn't know Chris Pennie left Dillinger Escape Plan until about 2 minutes ago either. :o I just thought he was temping in C&C.

im not much of a coheed and cambria plan...I think their was only one song I ever liked by them...and thats only because my cousin played it nonstop for a week when I was around him.

It's not a bad song, but all of their stuff just sounds the same. And they did it better the first time around than the third time they've rehashed it.

Same here as well, I never realised it was permanant too. He was awesome when I saw DEP live.
I like the song, but i need to get used to it.

Yeah, I dunno, it's a bit samey to The Suffering/A Favor House Atlantic in general feel. It's the "pop single", and you can tell by the blatant use of the T pattern, but nonetheless, it is hell catchy. I dunno. I loves me some Coheed and Cambria, and I quite enjoyed Good Apollo, so they've won me over enough to at least give the new CD a try.
If it's all like this song though, I will be pretty disappointed.

I quite like it, actually.
Despite my bitterness over them taking Chris Pennie away from DEP. But ah well. :(

I am pleased to say that "The Running Free" is the WEAKEST track on the album, and still manages to be AMAZING.
This CD is by FAR Coheed's best, IMO. I love them all, but I'd rank them as:
NWFT > GA > IKSoSE > SSTB...
This CD by FAR has the catchiest songs ever, as well as switching from hard rock to ballads in no time flat. It's amazing.
I advise anyone to go give it a listen, pick it up. No World For Tomorrow is incredible.

Yeah. I haven't heard SSTB, but this is their best work I've heard.
I love this CD. I downloaded their last one when I was bored after it came out and liked it a lot but never downloaded the ones before it. For some reason when I saw this leaked I was so excited for it. I usually find myself having to listen to the whole thing if I start it.

Pretty solid CD. I enjoy SSTB more, but it would be hard to top that.

Blitz, go and download SSTB immediately. It is Coheed's finest work, before they got mega-budgets and super-production. Don't get me wrong, I loved Good Apollo and In Keeping Secrets... but SSTB is impossible to beat.
Gonna download No World for Tomorrow now. :)

This CD gets my stamp of approval. Apparently my past self was not particularly enthused about the prospects of the album, but I really enjoyed it.
SSTB is still their best work. But No World For Tomorrow has solidly not disappointed me. Coheed are a rare band in that they've now managed four really good CDs. Most bands in the genres I listen to seem to run out of steam following their first or second album, which is always mega-sad. But Coheed
