when you say go to disk cleanup, what am i supposed to do when I get there?

Click 'OK" when your hard drive is selected (probably defualt) then it will calculate what you can/should delete for a while. once thats done it will bring up about 3-10 things that it recommends for you to delete. I would check every one of them exept for the question mark (which only some computers have) because that deletes stuff that you simply don't use, not just what you don't want.
