View Full Version : Who SHOULD be the illegitimate son...

Let's say the WWE came to you and said "Look, we wanted it to be Mr. Kennedy, but he's gone, so it doesn't matter now, you won the random selection to get to choose who Mr. McMahon's son is." Who would you choose and why? And don't make it too stupid, I know a lot of you try to be funny (and fail miserably), but who do you actually think would benefit the most from this sort of angle, if anybody?

I think this entire angle is so fucking retarded that I can't stand the idea of them fallowing through with it. So I would suggest that it be nobody, they drop this angle like they have dozen of other angles, or they just bring in Shark Boy and make it him.

I don't watch anything that involves Vince, or anything relatively related to Vince.

I watch Shane'O.

Well...It's pretty much guaranteed that with Vince being in the storyline and the rumoured feud with Triple H that it's gonna be someone on RAW, or perhaps bringing someone over from another brand to Raw. I think Kennedy was the best choice for the role as the arrogant chairmans arrogant bastard son. But with him out the window perhaps a chance for a Carlito push? He's already got something going on with Triple H as it is. Good on the mic, good in the ring.

Could at the very least get some segments with Carlito trying to teach Vince to be cool.

Meh just throwing a suggestion out there.

Scratch that, I forgot all about Shane.

Shane is the goods. He's a decent wrestler, entertaining in the ring atleast, and he has his moments on the mic.

I dont know who in fact for certain but I would have to go with one of the lower newer wrestlers that the WWE thinks has potential.

He could play off this and they could have him like turn on his mom and be on Vinces side. Then he can be played off as a heel. Then after they reveal that Triple H is Vinces son in law they will probably end up fighting a few times.

Mr. Kennedy

After his suspension... perhaps it will be revealed that the one who will play the son is just scamming... and scamming the actual bastard. Kennedy.

I'm just wondering how hard it would be to stretch the angle for an extra 30 days/4 RAWs :?:

God, the bastard owes Vince one.

No, I really think Shelton Benjeman. He does a decent job on the mic as arragont and had amazing in ring ability. And think about it. That means Vince did Shelton's Mama :naughty:

How about a left field one:

John Cena.

Give him a reason to turn heel.

Read: It'll never happen.

They need to throw everyone for a loop...

Vince needs to be his own son... And father! Ala Fry being his own grandpa.

See, Vince is a billionaire, he can easily write it that he built a time machine out of a DeLorean and went back to the year 1944.

Have the fake bastard take the crown, and for a month we'll be Kennedy free. Well, the idea of him might be there. Have his "lawyer" come up and say that someone is trying to bring some new DNA into play.
Just pull it out for a month. I mean, goddamn, they were planning on taking this fued to Mania, so one month of "Who is it" won't hurt them anymore.

Colt Cabana is not a bad pick. Bring him in as "Scott McMahon," and when Vince asks him why he said he said he was a WWE Superstar, Scott can just say he wanted to see Vince look for him on WWE TV, because it would have been hilarious. Basically just make him a huge practical joker.

I'm torn on who it should be, but they should really have it elevate someone. MVP, Kenny Dykstra, Elijah Burke and Paul London are all young talent I can see being given the role. I don't think it should be Burke, though, rather just have him align with Vince on TV, as he was his chosen warrior on ECW, and have him feud with the kid.

Kennedy was perfect for it, without him they should delay it or ditch it.

K, this is what I would do:

So, I hope Vince really was killed in the limo explosion and it turns out that it isn't Vince running around, but actaully his eviler twin brother Vance McMahon out to ruin Vince's not so good name. He came up with this elobrate plan about bastard children and Jonathan Coachmans and steriods and such just to make his brother look even worse because you see, Vance always hated Vince for whatever reason to be decided later. And we find all this about because Vince didn't really die, and a group of rouge WWE scientist saved him and rebuild him into a cyborg. Of course all this will lead up to a ppv match against Cyborg McMahon and Vance McMahon. But the match is ending in a dq when 3 Vince clones come out and wreck up everything with wiffle ball bats. See these clones are made by a group of Smackdown loyalist who couldn't accept that their beloved leader died. So they made the clones to replace Vince. But the first clone only had 1/3 the brain power of a normal Vince McMahon, so they made 3 and invented a device so they think as one. So now the Vince clones are as smart as a single Vince, with 3 times the physical power.

Natually the brothers Vance and Vince put their differences aside and fight this abomination of god that is the Vince clones.

I'm not sure where to go from there, but I'm sure it ends in the Kliq feuding with Boogen for all the wrestling titles ever made.

And the illegitimate son goes the way of "I remember."

Kane.

Could have some great segments of Vince trying to father Kane and make up for all times he wasn't there, as well as giving Kane a great role as McMahon's enforcer who acts without question out of love for his Dad or something. Vince then decides that his Son deserves to win the title and does everything possible to put the belt on him.

It was interesting for like 2 weeks. Then it got dragged on and now I don't want to know.

I thought about this after SS. Have the reveal be @ Unforgiven with Vince helping Cena retain. Then I guess the logical move would be face HHH/heel Cena feud for a few months.

This angle is starting to remind me of how Vince was originally looking for a new GM for Raw after firing Bischoff. They dragged it out forever, then eventually forgot about it completely with Coach picking up the slack every now and then. Until they remembered Raw doesn't have a gm so they just had some battle royal for it months later. Anyhow, that is what is going to happen. In 3 months they are just going to have a match, and Vince adopts the winner as his bastard child.

Imagine Vince's shock when he sees that the person with the goofy smile before Vince's limo blew up with him in it was his son.

That would = HUGE ratings.

Oh God, let's not fuck around with the Kane backstory anymore than they already have, huh? He's already got about three conflicting histories.

He's got a dad, it's Paul Bearer, now leave it!!

As silly as that sounds I think you have a shot at being right. They may expose somebody tonight and then Kennedy may return and McMahon would perfer him be the son that whoever is exposed tonight. Then the adoption papers on a pole match.
