From Dave Meltzer and the WON:
Paul Heyman has quietly parted ways with WWE. He currently has no affiliation with WWE. He's free to go to TNA, but TNA hasn't expressed any serious interest in his services.

Now he can go to RoH, and turn them around.

I'd love to see Heyman running RoH, just as long as he stays far away from the checkbooks.
I could see TNA bringing him in with Sabu and RVD, start an "invasion" angle, and have it fizzle out once everyone jobs to Angle.

Or I could see Heyman not doing anything involving professional wrestling.

Until he comes back.
No one ever leaves wrestling forever.
Without dying.
Eddie was in storylines a year after he died.
But that Chris Ben-who guy was completely erased.
Death runs both ends of the spectrum.

Ok, You don't completely leave the business unless you kill your family and yourself.

Cornette and Heyman both having a hand in TNA booking could be something, as long as Dutch Mantel, Jarrett, and Russo all step aside

God, you retards are so annoying. You're stirring shit for no reason, man, RoH doesn't need to be turned around!

I would love to see Paul Heyman...um...probably not doing anything. Why? Because lets wake up and face it, he has run his course in professional wrestling. There is nothing he can do for TNA or ROH that we haven't seen from him before, and none of it is going to make such earth-shattering progress in either of those companies that they come surging forward to compete with WWE on the front lines of sports entertainment.

I disagree. You have a point, but the last time Heyman was really allowed to book was when he was in charge of SmackDown!. He's very good at just creating storylines which make the best out of everybody. If he went to TNA, I think he would be a great asset to them.
If I had the power to, I'd have TNA fire Vince Russo and Dutch Mantell (or at least seriously decrease their roles in the company), and bring in Paul Heyman to help Jim Cornette book (assuming the two can get along). I'd also have Heyman replace Don West on commentary. Heyman is up there with Bobby Heenan and JBL as one of the best colour commentators of all-time.
Paul Heyman is also meant to be pretty damn persuasive. With rumours now coming out that TNA is after Chris Jericho, and Heyman knowing Jericho on at least some level, he could get in Jericho's ear about coming to TNA. The chances of it actually happening are slim, but Heyman wouldn't hurt matters.
ROH could also use his services. Gabe is a great booker in the mold of Heyman, and I can see the two being brilliant together. Heyman could also play an on-screen role in ROH.
Either way, for Heyman's creativity, I am glad he is gone from the WWE.

You know, that would be funny if ROHbots didn't actually formulate their sentences with at least an attempt at proper grammar, and if they actually believed ROH is "way better than TNA and WWE combined."
Wait...no it wouldn't.

Paul Heyman would not last in TNA.
It's testy enough with Russo and Cornette in the same creative team, adding Heyman would just be trouble waiting to happen.

You see the problem with Heyman going to TNA is that TNA is such a clusterfuck. They literally already have to many cooks in the kitchen plus so moron than keeps tossing in more salt to the stew. Adding Heyman to that wouldn't change a thing. Now in a prefect world, if they let Heyman in and straighten everything out, it could help them. But I doubt they could.
The problem with Heyman going to RoH is no one watches RoH and it would be a waste. Plus I have a feeling they would let him do more than just creative, like idk, business stuff and having him try and thet them a tv deal or something because he has experience. Then it would just be ECW all over again (I mean the crashing and going under, not the good storylines which are actaully just ok but overhyped.)

Rumor has it that ROH is going to debut on the VS network sometime early in 08. If so, it would be cool if Heyman could come in and help with the creative end (I don't see Gabe handing over complete control, but I think a joint team could be great. Gabe Sapolsky worked in the original ECW for years, so there's some kind of connection). Believe me, they would't let Heyman control the business end. They have alot better grasp at that than Heyman ever did.
As far as TNA goes, like what was already said, it's already a big clusterfuck of egos. With Cornette, Russo, Jarrett, Mantell, ect., they wouldn't listen to his ideas.

VS is the worst network ever. Also, not to get personal, but Opeth is the worst metal band ever. Slayer and Pantera > >>>>>Megadeth>>>>>> Opeth.

The problem with Heyman going to TNA is that it's a shitstorm. Not just the bookers, but management with stupid moves, unruly talent, etc.
The problem with Heyman going to RoH is that he would be wasted. I mean, RoH can make any angle good.

Plus, Heyman is a jew, he has plenty of marketable jew skills. He will probably find work in the diamond industery or the media or something.

Yeah, I've had this avatar for about 2 years now, but haven't been arsed to change it. I really liked them when I first heard them, and I still do, but I prefer some old school thrash anyday. Testament, Slayer, Sepultura, Vio-Lence, ect.

Pretty much every ROH fan on here has stated that ROH ain't perfect, and could still improve in several areas. However, they're not as bad as you guys make it out to be.

Yeah, it has Phil, Rex, Pepper, and I believe a couple members from Crowbar. They're first album NOLA is great, and has kind of a Black Sabbath vibe. They're second album is different, but still really good. Their third album comes out sometime this month. This is the first album Phil has done since Dime's death. I can't wait to hear this album.

It sounds like a crappier version of CoC that Phil is using to jerk himself off too. Still don't care for it. BTW, I am incredibly picky when it comes to metal and sometimes I get dissapointed because there is nothing that sounds heavy enough to me while still being music.

Dude, considering you're the retard I'm parodying, I shouldn't be surprised that you don't get it.
But as a spoiler:
I actually didn't say RoH was bad. I don't think I EVER have said a bad thing about RoH outside of this one gay fucking angle. Stupid fucks started trying to make it out to be more than that, but that's because you have limited mental faculties. That's okay.
However, you started playing the persecution card. You, you moronic fuck. Among others, yes, but I mean, you come to mind, since you lacked the intelligence to actually pull together that the people making the Kool-Aid comments knew enough about RoH that any inference that he was against all RoH fans would be dubious at best. Either you were engaging in exaggeration, which I doubt from context, and you clearly missed resposnses in kind, or you're (More likely) just not bright enough to get that you're being parodied, and were making a bullshit argument.
In either case: Don't make a bullshit argument and then whine about the other guy's bullshit argument. Especially if said bullshit argument comes from someone who continuously jokes and mocks.
To sum up, for the OEC crowd: I don't hate RoH. I still think the angle is as retarded as you are. I think the people praising this shit are fucking stupid. That's not an indictment of how horrible the whole company is. What it is is a statement about the stupidity of fans who are retarded little fanboys. When mommy comes around to wipe the drool off her chin, have her help you with the big words.

Anyhow, weren't we talking about some jew that could turn wrestling around?
Ideally, what needs to happen is a promotion that is on the verge of booming needs to appear and give Heyman a decent amount of creative control over the product. Not complete, but be the main idea guy, with someone over him to not only control the money but channel Heyman's work. Because Heyman easily gets into the same trap that Russo gets into, only not nearly as quick or as badly.
Also on a side note, I think there lies the genius of Vince McMahon (the same can be said for Stan Lee). Vince got other people to write the stories for him, he just desides the out comes and the direction everything is going to go and gives final approval. He knows he doesn't need to be able to do everything, he just needs to hire people who can. Which is why he is still in business and everyone else is gone.

But anyhow, Alls I'm saying is that if RoH is half as good as the IWC/RoH fanboys make them out to be, they would be putting WWE out of business right now.
Also, don't get all offended because I called you all fanboys. Everyone on this site if a fanboy of either RoH, WWE, the Kliq, Taz, or something. And if you aren't a wrestling fan boy, then why even come to this site? This means you Kane Knight.

No, I am actaully sure he has someone that is his friend...well pretty sure. Anyhow, just let it go. In a few days he will move on and find some else to harass and you will sit back an laugh at them.
Me on the other hand I just like to harass Jordan X because he never seems to learn.

No worries. I'm getting free wrestling dvds, what do I have to bitch about. Though if they never come, I will eventaully assume that RoH either makes its fans brain dead or that you were too ashamed to send me a best of package because it all sucks. Either way, after a certain period I will go back to assuming RoH is bad. I won't give you a set time frame because I don't believe in them.

The problem with Heyman is that he falls too much into the trap of trying to surprise the fans according to Cornette in his secrets of the ring.
I would want Heyman to appear in TNA and attempt to fix everything if you get rid of Mantel and Russo. If he appeared in ROH, I would want to see him as a manager for either Age of the Fall (not likely, since Jacobs is already a good talker) or the No Remorse Corps (more likely, since none of those guys have promo skills. solid enough in the ring, but no promo skills)

Excellent choice.
I don't care much for Cradle of Filth, but one of their guitarists said something to the effect that he loved their lyrics and that they were ahead of their time.
I will say this, Dax has an amazing voice, I was into the melodies before hearing what he was saying, then it hit me: These guys are fucking evil. And that's a good thing. Both "When the Kite String Pops" and "Paegan Terrorist Tactics" will rip your ass off.
Also, I like Down more than Superjoint Ritual. You can get a better band if you get rid of Phil and Jimmy (who's also in Down), move III to Guitar and Vocals, and move their guitarist to Bass. You'd also get Assjack, but that's another story. III shows are fun, anyway. He plays 3 sets: Country, Psychobilly, and Death Metal. And, believe it or not, it works.
Back to Down, Phil's voice is shot to hell. I say that as a fan of Down. Their best singer plays guitar: (I'm speaking of Pepper. Though Kirk Windstein of Crowbar isn't bad, either.)
Another band I would reccomend is either Brand New Sin or Alabama Thunderpussy (who know has the old singer from Exhorder).
As far as putting this back on topic, Paul Heyman should introduce a guy whose nickname is the "Paegan Terrorist." That name just sounds bad ass.
